Food is as expected but ordered and confirmed my curbside pickup order and after a 20 min wait, I finally went inside to see they had my order just sitting there already cold on the counter like a mobile pickup order instead even though the receipt said curbside and my car description.If you go here, just go inside and order it the old fashioned way.

I paid for my wrap, wedges, and drink in the drive through, then they told me they were out of wedges. They said they were out of any of the substitutes, so I then left having paid for something I did not receive. The items I did receive did not taste good. Please do not let customers order items you do not have.

Great for eating solo, with family, or with friends. If you are coming to do some work remotely using their internet though, know that their wireless network doesn't work well with VPN. Twice I've been 'burnt' attempting to VPN over their network.

Very disappointed that every single time I come to this location they never have decaf coffee. When I go anywhere else for a decaf coffee at another Tim Hortons they always have it or they will promptly make a pot and apologize for the wait. Every single time I come to this location they say that they don’t have decaf or it’s unavailable at the time and they will not be able to serve me decaf. Very frustrating and I feel like I always know the answer will be no every single time I come to this location. If the item is never available you should just take it off the menu so I don’t waste my time coming to this location. If it’s available at other locations it makes me believe the employees are too lazy to make a pot. If a customer wants something on the menu, it should be available 24/7, especially if the whole business is centred around coffee…. It’s not a problem because they keep losing my sale and I will just take my business someplace else.
