It's fast in the morning but anything past the morning rush is an embarrassment. They can't understand your order even after 3 times, still mess it up, and do so at a glacial speed.

My friend and I were the only people in line when we got there. Didn't know which counter was open. This lady at the counter was just standing there, looking at us. Didn't know if she was waiting for her screen to load or what. Not even "Hello", "good morning" or "next" from her for us to know that she was ready for us to take our order. She's always grumpy everytime I come in. Pretty sure she's always like that to other customers too. 100% positive she's also a manager. What happened to your customer service. If you can't provide that, at least be a decent human being.

My girlfriend just ordered some ice caps and the person who was barely able to take the order at drive through had the nerve to correct her order and say “next time order one ice Capp at a time”.
How about you train your staff to be polite and open their ears and do their jobs without being so rude?

Last night after church close to 9:00 pm. I went in to buy a box of Tim Bits for my mom to eat going home. I approach the counter and the crew are shouting in East Indian language at each other. I was thinking should I just leave now. I greeted the lady who came to take my order kindly but she did not greet me back. She continued to shout at her co worker in their language. I told her if I could get 10 Tim bits please. The lady shouted at me oh so loudly. What do you want?!!!!!!!! So hostile. She look back at her co worker and slurred angrily again in their own language. Are they mad at me or what? I repeated my order respectfully a box of 10 tim bits please. She got a box and pick up what ever is near the end. She did not even bother to ask what bits I want. What kind of service is this!!!! Never coming back to this owl den!!!!
