The place is generally clean, bright, and welcoming which makes it a great location to visit and spend time in. But ouff, the food is mediocre. I've never had a Boston Cream donut without ANY filling before, but there you go. Snacks are flavorless, often the wrong temperature, kind of hastily packaged. Disappointing! Selection isn't great either, it's not one of the bigger stores with a good variety and often things are not in stock. Each time I go I'm reminded of why I usually don't go. However I am willing to give their service three stars because ohh maann this place gets busy and they are clearly trying their best.

I’ve had repeated issues with my drinks being wrong, so I always check before leaving now. Even a hot chocolate tasted like water once. Morning drive-thru staff are nice, but one lady counter staff didn’t seem to care or apologize for mistakes.
