They messed up my order quite a few times now, thats why i decided to leave review, i ordered coffee they forgot to add sugar, the other day ordered Veggie wrap, they put meat in it. The girl who took my order was using middle finger to punch my order, felt like she did that on purpose. not all but some of their staff got some serious attitude issues.

Today is now the second straight time this location has managed to mess up my order. Nothing difficult, just requested my BLT be made without mayo and sure enough I get back to work and there's mayo on it. Order accuracy is non-existent at this location and luckily I don't have a food allergy.

I drove to drive tru yesterday morning i ask for half dozen muffin but they gave a half dozen of donut that i need to bring at work at inkster. So i spoke to one of the supervisor that she was very sorry for all the mistake so she promise me to grab the half dozen of muffin just talk to the staff and mention my name. Unfortunately there supervisor on duty this morning feb 17 was asking me to bring the half dozen of donut from yesterday from my work just to be replace by half dozen of muffin. Thats dumb and stupid question she did. This is not good customer service. You know its you mistake and i buy breakfast every morning that i need to spend min $20 to $30 a day

I woukd recommend this tim Hortons if you like to to be disappointed with the fullness of your drinks and if you would like to disregarded as a paying customer. I point out to male employee at the window that my iced capp was kind of low. He looked at it and said all the other stores are over filling that is where it is supposed to be filled up to. I for one will not be going back to this tim Hortons

The staff were quite welcoming and eager to provide what you asked for. It's a cool place to hang out with friends and the location close to the airport touch down site creates a beautiful sight to add to your comfort while enjoying a sip of coffee or any drink of your choice.

Thought it would be nice to sit with someone and enjoy a coffee. Staff would start dragging chairs against the floor which were extremely loud, in fact this location is right next to a landing strip which the airplanes are way quieter. They'd be sweeping but the dust just goes all in the air around you also not sure what they use in the washroom for soap but that's also questionable. Not very welcoming, coffee wasn't good and very loud, I couldn't enjoy myself at this location. Thankfully there's other locations that will appreciate others. Some Christmas vibes here... ??
