I ordered from this place and found hair in my food. I tried to get a refund through Uber Eats, but unfortunately it didn’t work. I’m sharing this so others are aware and don’t have the same experience.
Staff rude and seem to also bully other staff members. 8 people standing around in kitchen chatting laughing, touching their face/hair then food.
Got my order wrong a couple of times. I will say though, its usually cooked well

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the manager who stepped in during a crazy situation last Saturday. A customer was yelling about her combo order, and the manager handled it so calmly and professionally. She apologized and even offered a free hash brown, but the customer kept insisting it was a scam and wouldn’t calm down.
I was really impressed with how the manager and the rest of the team handled everything. They stayed patient and respectful the whole time, even though it was clearly stressful.
Just wanted to let you know that your team is amazing, and their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

I went to this store at around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, 13 December 2025. I ordered two double-stacked loaded box meals and emphasized that I wanted them as meals, specifying the drinks: one medium double-double and one medium brown sugar latte.
I also ordered my favourite items: a garlic and herb pastry, a toasted coconut donut, a Biscoff Boston cream donut, and a muffin.
When I received my order, I was told that the meals were ordered with a donut instead, so I would not receive a hash brown. I explained that this was not what I ordered. The staff member (who appeared to be the manager) became upset when I raised the issue and asked me to pay extra for the hash brown.
If the order was entered incorrectly, I believe it was a mistake on the staff’s part. I was not asking for a free item—I simply wanted the order corrected. Instead, I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable, especially as the situation was handled in front of other customers.
This experience made me feel that the issue was not addressed professionally. I believe staff would benefit from additional training in customer service, particularly in listening carefully to customers and handling concerns respectfully.

It was 9 am on a Friday. I wanted a sandwich with an egg. I went to the drive thru. I was told she would check if they were able to make my order or not. She said they did not have eggs. So I said to make more eggs. She said it would possibly be a 10 minute wait. I said okay, I will wait.
I was told to park my vehicle, while I wanted for my egg sandwich. I parked and waited a few minutes, and they brought me out the sandwich.
Overall, I enjoy coming to this resturant. However at 9 in the morning, the eggs should be ready to serve. I also dont enjoy when they tell me it will take 10 minutes to make the egg in an attempt to coherse me into ordering something else in order to save time for themselves. Ive cooked a lot of eggs in my lifetime. I cant remember a single egg I have cooked taking longer than 1 minute to cook.
Otherwise, not a bad experience. Staff just needs to be trained on how to handle that situation better.
