Everytime I come here they never have anything in stock .staff is extremely rude , I rather add the extra 10 minute commute to the Narin store .

I asked to make sure there were no tomatoes in my food 3 times and I’m almost positive they put extra tomatoes in, I wasn’t speaking fast and I was speaking very clear. Not impressed.

manager is rude and likes to argue for 5 minutes on whether or not she’s right. i ordered a tea in the drive thru and received a coffee, came back an hour late and told the manager that i received a wrong item and she asked for my cup back (from the coffee). i already gave the coffee away & explained i didnt know that was a rule. she told me she cant give me a tea because i dont have my cup & proceeded to argue with me. proper customer service isnt to argue with the customer especially over a 2$ tea. in the end she told me she can give me my tea this time but next time bring my cup, i said no problem. why didnt she start the conversation like this? ridiculous.

Fast service is what you get at this location. Display screens offers you vast menu of Tim hortans. A place is great price point to fit everyone budget. A great place to visit with your friends and family.

Have been here many times mid to late evening as my go to place either before or after a night out at some of the downtown bars/clubs. The coffees and donuts are ok but after noticing that they throw out my cardboard cup after using it to fill my recyclable plastic cup which I purchased at great expense to myself at a Tim Hortons a while ago I quit ordering the coffee at this location..and others as well. Ever since COVID started the entire recycling movement has gone completely down the drain and regressed all the way back to the early 90's..thanks a lot world health organisation..you're a real role model for the entire world to follow!!! Now all I get are dirty looks from any place that serves take out coffee every time I try to present my recyclable cup including most coffee shops. I still go to this location occasionally to buy donuts but not like I used to. Well, at least the hotel across the street is still there though this is of no significance.

The only thing they ever have consistently in stock is a sad feeling.

Standard French vanilla. Always pretty decent. Service was ok. Had to repeat the order several times. Didn't have timbits.
