The new coffee tray don't actually hold the coffee..... My fell over and instead of giving me a new coffee they tried to give me a new tray.......... Spoke to a different girl got a refund thank you Kath.!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍

This as to be one of the slowest drive through!! 4am going to work why do I have to sit through the drive through for almost 30mins!!!!? One car left and so did I and the guy behind me too, a cab was waiting and holding up the line! If you want to waste gas than go there!! They need better night staff!!

Just got the worst habanero chicken wrap ever. Couldn’t finish it. Have been to this location twice recently and it’s been terrible both times.

The staff here expects customers to bring their own grocery bag if you order a lot. I don’t know any restaurant that charges extra for take-out. They gave me my items all scattered and then asks me to pay more when I tell them I can’t carry everything like that. I didn’t even order than much, only about two breakfast servings for two. I asked them for a bigger paper bag and they said no those are reserved for deliveries and they only have reusable bags that costs 50 cents which they then tax and charge you 57 cents. After an overnight shift and after already making a 30$ plus purchase, this was horrible service and I personally will not be going to this Tims ever again and don’t recommend anyone else buying more than 5$ at a time at this Tims location. If you buy more, they won’t pack everything in a way that you can carry them, nor will they use a bigger paper bag. I don’t even need the delivery paper bag I just need a flimsy paper bag to put everything in. Don’t order more than a coffee at this place because they are not prepared to serve more than one or two items. What inflexible service and communication. That was not a 30$ well spent at all, I’d be careful not to order more than two items at Tim’s in the future. Order more and they’ll treat you worse.

Aug 10 2025, I visited tim's on 255 Maryland St, Winnipeg, MB R3E 1W1 around 9:30AM at the store, there was a girl whose name is Deep (shorts chabi punjabi) girl her behavior was unprofessional, and did not give me what I order, but wrong order, she doesn't listen properly. She was too rude,and i went inside and talk to her supervisor whose name is Preet , but did not solve the issue either, made things worse instead, they need to be trained well, or they should not be working there.

This is a sad Tim's. It's busy both at counter & drive through. The staff? So busy & overworked they don't talk, they don't smile these say it all. I gave 2 u r awesome!! Cards to the young women behind the counter; one of them started crying, the other, no emotion not even a smile, sad, really sad. Inside is busy as is drive through. Outside? Lots of ppl begging outside the resaurant and ppl standing by drive through holding up signs, 'pls....God bless.'
Go for the food & drink & tip the kids silent, stressed out & sad kids behind the counter generously!
