Service was excellent. The crispy chicken in my habanero loaded wrap was dried out though and my dark roast black didn't taste anything like other. Tim Hortons dark roast I've had.

Have ordered on the mobile app from this location a few times. Twice I have ordered cards that were not in stock. Told they can't refund me unless I come back the next day. Waste of my time.

3 people doing coffee items, and 1 person doing food. Had 5 people waiting for food. Needs better cooperation.

The best Tims Horton in the city! Staffs are so enthusiastic and friendly, always making me feel comfortable when communicating with them. I've tried many Tims store in Winnipeg, but this is the first one that comes to mind when I want an Iced Latte and Wedges, even though it's quite far from my house. Well, it's not just about the drinks, it's about how they make you feel.

went there at 10:40 PM, twenty minutes before close, only to find that all the doors were locked and the worker was doing cleaning instead of serving customers

They are very friendly. I just wish they had a drive thru!

Ordered multiple drinks on Uber and 2 ice coffees and has an abundance of refined sugar inside… Why does this location make their coffee specifically iced coffee so Overly sweet?
Like there is so much sugar added to a REGULAR iced coffee. This happens so often at this tims. Do better

Dirty tables, long queue, and only one register working. Napkins are not accessible and when you ask for some, you get one. Overall, it is less than one star. Won't recommend for my meetings

Typically I'm fine with the minimum effort put into the evident minimum wage job environment, that includes the occasional order inconsistency, never putting sleeves on hot drinks and not having an accessible washroom that is open to the public - But this last visit was really disgusting - I can understand as someone who has worked with the public in many cases that it is not always easy to deal with folks on their worse days, but coming in to this location and encountering staff teasing a homeless person, who regardless of their poor behaviour, especially considering that you've already called the authorities, does not give you the right, to treat people like that. I realize that Tim Hortons isn't run by a Canadian company anymore, but what a disgrace.

Usually have good items and relatively quick service, but I went at 9:30 and they said they are closed and locked the door even though on their Google page it says open until 11.

This is literally my most favorite Tim's in the city. Amazing staff. Always busy (because it's awesome).
