Can't get an order right, no modifications to drinks and now no soup. Lazy stuff who treated us unkindly rude when asking about soup. To the owner you need to do better, shame on you for ruining this tim's.
Rude and lazy customer service. OWNER look at your reviews. Over a years worth of bad reviews is all I had time to validate my awful experiences. You’re letting a chain burn down in flames. Rude, lazy staff. This is the last time I come to this Tim’s. How this place remains open is beyond me. No one wants to do thier job, no one cares about customer service or doing thier job well. I’m done. Also In what world where I can get a pizza at Tim’s and not a soup. This isn’t Tim’s any more. I won’t be back.
Worst customer service experience.
Someone was charged just for a cup of water, which is ridiculous because he didn’t even asked for water. On top of that, I had to wait 12 minutes just to get a coffee, and it wasn’t even busy. Staff were slow and didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. Very disappointing experience definitely not what I expect from Tim Hortons.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Tim Hortons location on November 19 at 3:57pm. I asked for less ice in my caramel cold brew; simple, reasonable request that every other location has done without any issue. The employee at the order window was rude, dismissive, and immediately said “no” without even trying to understand. When I asked why, she insisted it was “policy” and that they cannot alter the drink, which makes absolutely no sense.
The attitude, tone, and complete lack of customer care were shocking. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. This is not how customers should be treated.
I will never return to this location again. I’ve already shared this awful experience with my friends and family, and I’ll make sure others know to avoid this place as well. Tim Hortons really needs to look into the customer service standards here.

I get same coffee order 5 times a week at the same time in the drive thru. Two days in a row, I got cream instead of milk in my coffee. I called on the second day and the manager apologized and said they would replaced my two coffees next time I visit. Totally unacceptable, getting people thought drive thru faster means nothing if you can not get there order right.

The drinks we ordered taste like hot water, sprinkled coffee. The French vanilla had no taste at all. The service was slow and atmosphere not the greatest.

It’s terrible to say that this time has become really worse, the workers are rude and apparently they cannot modify a coffee anymore !!!
Literally bought a “modified” protein latte previous night.(modified means less ice lol)
Apparently less ice option is not anymore literally few hours apart from buying it .

This is the worst drive thru I've experienced in the city...maybe anywhere. It's not the people running it, the words coming through are completely intelligible. I have no idea what they are saying, and I'm not sure if they can hear me.
