They don't know how to make coffee. The coffee I had here was the worst l've had in Winnipeg.
Additionally, the cold brew hazelnut I ordered was not prepared correctly. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

Bought three drinks, was busy in there, the woman at the cash register was preparing my drinks and literally put her finger in the cup before filling. I got distracted by the other orders and confronted her where she was VERY combative. Instead of remaking them she just denied and gaslit me saying “why didn’t you mention it earlier” and I asked the polite gentleman I’ve dealt with previously to make them which she didn’t like AT ALL. Won’t be returning, feel bad for that guy I appreciated his services.

The service has gone down at Tim Hortons at 584 Pembina Highway location. I used my Tim's offer to buy a breakfast combo. They forgot to include the hash brown. I had to tell then that the offer included this. When I got the hash brown it was dried up and was probably from the day before. They now give you your food in napkins and trying to save money on paper bags. The coffee can be hot to hold and now you have to ask for cup sleeves. They are not thinking of the customer experience but now a bag and a sleeve is a costs to them. A few weeks ago their washrooms were out of service. The sanitizer holders, one by the restroom and one between a door were both empty. Whoever is supervising standards at this Tim Hortons location needs to be fired. He/she/it does not care and that reflects on this Tim Hortons is run. I know because the location on Dugald is a 5 star store.

My partner and I treated ourselves to two large mochas today.
We ended up dumping them after trying to salvage them with stirring and adding more sugar. They were absolutely terrible compared to what they're supposed to taste like.
This place is so disgusting, I would rather sit outside to eat or drink or even use the bathroom. There staff are so lazy that a line would form and all they do is stand around on phones or watch people as they come in. This place should be shut down with how dirty it is. The coffee was so bad. I will not be going back.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons. Every time they don’t have latte or cappuccino!! And the stuff on drive thru is always slow, can’t hear you properly, takes order long and doesn’t tell you that they don’t have something right away, only in the end when you repeat it several times. It makes people think that they say something wrong or not in the right way. But it’s only because of irrespective attitude of the stuff. I’ll never come here again.

It is the worst Tim Hortons. I have ever wasted in my life since here the assistant manager is very rude. He does not know how to talk and even give respect to the customers he is the one person who always yell at the customers for the order and even if the order is delayed or something gets South, he just complains about it and shouts at the customers the system manager here is very bad moreover, the staff here is also not very good. The customer service the provide and the way they treat the people terrible don’t ever visited this place.

In the drive threw, their only concern is how long the car sits at the drive threw window. That being said, they rush you at the window, basically throwing your coffee at you, then get your order wrong, imply it your fault. Well, if you'd listen at the speaker box and let me finish speaking, you would have heard it correctly the first time.

So me and my friend was in the drive thro, we ordered 2 ICE COFFES! a guy was taking our order and the next thinh ik theres another girl talking in between. Okay fine and then we go take our order they charge us $8 something so we ask why $8 She said OREO ICE CAP!!! My friend told him we ordered ICE COFFEES and not ORE ICE CAP! The guy says with a tone that I ASKED YOU OREO OR NOT? but there was no conversation abour oreo ice caps! He told us with an angry tone that NEXT TIME BE SPECIFIC! We said bro there was no conversation about oreo and he just went away!
Who ever that was at 7:30 pm 2nd may 2025 please fix your attitude! Thanks
