Worst experience at the drive-thru. I just visited this location, and the guy working around midnight was not polite. I asked if they serve the Farmers Wrap at this time, and he said they only serve it during breakfast. I told him I understand that, but some Tim Hortons locations do serve it at midnight as well. For example, the location on Brookside and Inkster serves it at night.
He rudely replied, “Then you can go to that location.”
I don’t think that’s an appropriate way to speak to customers. They should do better. A smoother response would have been, “Sorry, we don’t serve it at this time,” instead of telling a customer to go somewhere else.

I had the most unsanitary experience of my life. I saw flies in the middle of winter flying on top of my coffee, I saw the cooks making my wrap use no gloves what so ever. Were they not taught proper kitchen etiquette?

This location is a true gem for a quick and delicious stop. The staff are always incredibly friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their coffee is consistently fresh and flavorful, the perfect way to start the day. The selection of baked goods is always appealing, offering something for everyone. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons for its excellent service and quality products.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a large caramel iced latte with light ice and only one pump of caramel syrup. Unfortunately, it was made with far too much syrup and was undrinkable.
I returned the next morning with the incorrect drink, the receipt, and proof of the transaction on my phone. It’s not like I came in without the drink or without proof of purchase — I had everything with me. Despite this, the manager responded with noticeable attitude and questioned the situation, even mentioning that this had “happened before,” which made me feel blamed for something that was clearly not my fault.
Eventually, the drink was remade, but the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and unpleasant. Customers should not feel disrespected when asking for a correction, especially when they have clear proof.
I’ve had better service here before from a supervisor who handled a similar situation kindly and professionally. Unfortunately, this recent interaction left such a negative impression that I will not be returning to this location, and I cannot recommend it to friends or family. Manager-level customer service training and professionalism need serious improvement.

I had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons! The coffee was fresh, rich, and perfectly brewed—exactly what I needed to start my day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality coffee, tasty food, and excellent customer service!
I ordered an ice cap and a plain bagel with herbal garlic cream cheese. I received an ice coffee instead which is fine since they gave me my ice cap after. I later realized they gave me a plain bagel with REGULAR cream cheese, so I called and talked to the manager for me to pick up the right bagel after an hour.
When I picked up my bagel, they still ended up giving me the wrong stuff and gave me an EVERYTHING bagel with herbal garlic cream cheese.
How do you mess up not once, not twice but THREE times?

Decided to treat my wife and I as we never go out for food or drinks because of the rising cost of living. Went to get the new pistachio hot brew drink, watched the young woman at the window just grab a pre made drink off the front counter. When my wife drank it, it wasn't even warm. Good news, the drink was delicious. Bad news, it was a drink that was made for another guest that decided not to get it. We will be trying this location again, in hopes this was a one off experience.
