Every Tim Horton location, consistently makes incorrect mixed coffees, the flavouring is non existent. If you go to any Tim’s after 7, they will pretty much be out of most donuts and a lot of food. Very high prices for poor quality food and mediocre service.

This location gets worse and worse every time we go. Don't know the menu, ask for something then they repeat something completely different back to you. The food portion gets smaller and smaller each time. Nothing is warm anymore, very disappointed with this location, will not be going back.
The foreign worker who served us did not know our orders. It took her so long to get into our orders. Tim Hortons don’t have a coffee sleeve?? I even asked for coffee tray as we order 3 coffees but she did not offered it. Tim Hortons, I might just go to another branch if this happens again or go to Mcdonalds before going to work! ??

Bad service and food at 980 st James Tim’s, egg sandwich was not toasted at all , cheese was not melted , asked for it to be toasted , the worker was rude but eventually did it , only one side and it still wasn’t toasted and cheese was not melted , it was gross to eat , not like that at other locations and there was a picture of an egg sandwich that likes how it’s supposed to and mine looked nothing like it .
