Great place, bad service.I went to Tim Hortons to order something today and after I made my order I was told to go to another register because the scanner wasn't working but then the cashier did not scan my points and when I told her about it. She then pretended to scan it with a very bad attitude and told me she scanned it. So, I did not get any points or roll ups because when she scanned it, there was no order on the display.

I just went to Tim's on my way home.Ordered a sandwich, when I got home and started eating, there was a long dark wavy hair in my fn sandwich!!!!!!!So grossed out.It's hard enough when they don't listen or rude, but really put ur fn hair up and in a hair net.Extremely unprofessional there.Won't be going bk

Bad service, long wait times, and rude staff. If your looking for fast food stay away because you might be waiting for 20 minutes and get the wrong order.
Got a chicken cilantro bowl from drive through and got a bowl of rice only. There was absolutely no chicken in it.

We went to grab a coffee and and the employee who was taking the order, started laughing without even greeting. Employee should not be rudely while taking orders on drive thru. This has been happened couple times at this store.
