They accidentally mixed up my coffees, which is understandable. But when I went to return them they were hesitant to make it right. I had to sit in the drive thru and ask them repeatedly to just replace my coffees while a line formed behind me. …then when I got home I had the pleasure of opening my donut and finding (literally) all of the chocolate stuck to the bag they packaged it in. I wasn’t about to make a 3rd trip to Tim Hortons to complain, so they get my 1 star review instead. Go to a different Tim’s location if you want quality products and quality service. This location is a constant headache.

AWFUL experience there today at the drive thru. I bought one of the Tim Horton's souvenirs there, and of course I didn't get the receipt at the time of purchase, but was ok with getting a gift card even. The guy was so not nice to me, called his manager, the item was in sellable condition sealed in the box and was bought a week ago and he wasn't willing to do anything for me, he closed the drive thru window I waited and he threatened to call the police on me he said i taped it i said not true the type of tape we dont have at home and the rest of the souvenirs in his showcase are taped the same way ...I left and will try to return at another location, get a gift card in exchange, ALSO WILL FOR SURE complaining to Tim Horton's customer service

Extremely disappointed with this location.

I placed a delivery order and only found out after the driver arrived that they didn’t have the items I ordered. Instead of notifying me in advance, they tried to push replacements. I declined and requested cancellation since the issue was on their end. Because I had to press “cancel” in the UberEats app myself, I was denied a refund, even though the store failed to update their menu or communicate properly.

The employee then repeatedly called me after the driver had already arrived, which never should have happened if this had been handled correctly from the start. I paid $25 and received nothing. This was entirely avoidable with basic communication and proper management.

Before anyone responds with “we don’t have you in our records,” I am intentionally leaving this review anonymously to raise awareness rather than share personal details publicly. This is not a UberEats policy issue either, it’s a store communication failure, on top of prior in-store experiences where employees have been disrespectful to customers.

The woman at the drive-through window was extremely rude. She didn’t even bother to lean forward slightly to hand me my drink—she just stood there and said, “You’re too far!” I had to stand up and reach out to grab the drink myself, which I’ve never had to do before. The moment I reached it, she turned around and slammed the window shut without saying a single word.
If you don’t like your job, that’s your choice—but don’t take it out on customers. There’s always the option to quit.

Very disappointing experience on February 16, 2026 around 7:15 PM. There was no greeting or acknowledgment at the order window, and my order instructions were completely ignored. At the pickup window, there was again no communication — the staff member handed the order over and immediately turned away without saying a word.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely missing.

Coffee was good ,but people yelling in a foreign language not spoken in the western hemisphere is just rude maybe use google locate !
