The staff is very rude. They don't know how to talk at this time of night. They don't know how to take orders. I took the order and no one came out of the drive thru for half an hour. So there was going to be a lot of waiting. I didn't like it at all

I visited this tim hortons yesterday and the service which the girl name Pardeep gave an excellent service to us. She was so polite and humble. I came with my mother and i was busy on call , the girl Pardeep was so humble made my mother so comfortable as my mother gave order by herself which was so difficult in other restaurants.

I went to tim hortons in the morning on this location few times but this time i ordered my fav chai latte usually other tim hortons never put the right amount of sugar in my tea but i think the girl who made it did so great job it was the best tea i had on tims i think her name is pardeep and I also told her about that it was really great experience❤️

I have been coming to this location for almost three years. The service, the food, the quality dropped so much that I had to post. I have always ordered bagels with cream cheese and habenaro chicken wrap. Today i have decided to take the wrap costing almost 10 dollars. It came out with only 2 cubes of chicken, bunch of rice with 3 layers of tortilla wrap. I have experiences in other food restaurants and places and its okay to receive a bad order once in a while. But they seem to be consistent with their worst meal prep over the years. Hope the owner sees this and also would like to encourage taking serious measures to fix it.
