Messed up on my order. Asked me to come back for refund with my food.. can’t bc I gotta go to work. Tim’s to me is a stop n go. The person should’ve just let me keep the food and given me a refund when I called but no I have to go back after work to bring the food back to get my refund. .

If you only have an hour for your lunch break, you might want to go some where else. Took 5 min for someone to take my order at front window, another, 15 min ish to get my food. Also bring your own rag if you want to eat inside to clean the table.

I've been quite disappointed with this tims lately. The food is not made well. My toasted bagel is so burnt, I question how they thought it was okay to serve.. it is barely edible.. I will be avoiding this location when I can..

Disgusting. Had an issue took points no free coffee. Instead of deal with issue he walked away left me at till for 5 mins. I show him points are gone he ssys call customer service l. I pay and now remaining points dissapear. Still no manager no answer. How can my regular tims deal with issues immediately. Thiis tims walk away. Acknowledge the points all dissapeared and do nothing at all. Just walked away again. Rediculos.

Never have a good drive thru experience! They always ask for the number, but when we get to the window, they don’t know what is the order and we have to confirm every single item again.

While dictating the donuts I like, the staff attended to another customer order. Shouldn't my order get completed first? When I requested for my receipt, it seemed he had forgotten about it so I had to remind him again after closing the donut box. I also requested for table napkins but was given crumpled ones! I had to ask for the receipt again and was told it was under the crumpled napkins. :(So disappointing! So frustrating☹
