I have visited this location more than once, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue.
The staff behave unprofessionally: they are not polite, do not communicate the waiting time, and do not even smile. Please take this feedback into consideration, as this is already the second occurrence.
I kindly ask you to review and improve your customer service policy. I understand that people may not always be in a good mood in the morning; however, employees should still perform their duties professionally and respectfully, which, unfortunately, has not been the case with your staff.

Just ordered here, and I said clearly, 10 tidbits all creme brulee, I ordered drive through so when I got back home it was assorted, why? I don’t know if the person who took my order understands me. So sad. I know its just $4, but how many more costumers have this kind of thing. Just frustrating. Please train more.

Awful experience, i was on my phone taking to my pregnant wife who is in the hospital asking for her order! The manager started screaming at me to order and get off my phone. I ignored her and she turned her attention to someone else and was swearing at them! She needs a mental evaluation to be working at tim hortons! Fire her immediately

What a rip-off! Paid full price for a Habanero Bowl and got a kid-sized serving. Tim Hortons, this is unacceptable and downright insulting to your customers..the girl wearing specs did this twice once with my friend as well..rest of them are really nice
