What a rip-off! Paid full price for a Habanero Bowl and got a kid-sized serving. Tim Hortons, this is unacceptable and downright insulting to your customers..the girl wearing specs did this twice once with my friend as well..rest of them are really nice

The slowest place in town. This is not the first time I’ve come here, and it honestly feels like I’m being completely ignored. Employees are busy with their own stuff — one is cleaning, another is drinking something, someone else just walks by. Seriously, out of at least 4 staff members I saw, only 2 were actually doing something related to work. And it’s not like they were busy! The girl who eventually helped me was nice (Jelenny), and she seemed like the only one who actually cared about the endlessly growing line and even looked exhausted. It feels like the others are just waiting for the line to get huge before they even start working. Don't get me wrong - I wasn’t expecting much from Tim Hortons, but honestly, this has been the worst experience I’ve had in this city. It's like you walk in to get a coffee when see they're not busy and still spend 15 mins just standing being 2nd in line that is not moving. Last time I also waited forever, and in the end I got the wrong order and had to wait even longer.

Just ordered a double double and some pastries. The pastries were cold and the brewed coffee tasted horrible. Omg , I’m getting rid of them. Such a waste 😠
Love this location . Highly recommend based on quality of food . Staff is very friendly . Must visit. The restaurant was so busy but the team members were fantastically did their job. Management needs to recognize their hardwork ❤️
