Went to order a bbq crispy chicken wrap and one of the workers told me they don’t carry that anymore and it’s still on there menu Then ordered a cilantro like wrap they give me this a farmer’s wrap
I’m severely disappointed Should change your menu if there’s an item that’s not available anymore

Team is very friendly.The service for drinks and food is very quick not only for dine in but also for the drive thru.The team always greats the customers with a happy face .The customer service is awesome.I recommend people to visit the place and enjoy fresh food and drinks.
Shift manager has lack of understanding of managing floor. I totally understand training person need to go at front counter as she is learning and definitely working speed is gonna be slow. But does it really make a sense to leave her alone?? She was struggling to take order and after that making coffees. Someone must be helping her if she is new.. Such a waste of time just for a coffee. Wanted to have a sandwich but end up just ordering coffee

I went to Tim at Henderson franchise 3:35 pm . I ordered coffee and Everything bagel with garlic cheese . I was just waiting for my food . I saw that a girl named Prabhleen who was making cheese and cheddar sandwiches in which she used turkey and bacon . After packing the sandwiches she started preparing my bagel without changing the gloves and used same ones . When she handed off my food to me then I asked from her. Why were you not change your gloves. She didn’t response and go back & started yelling at me by discussing with her co- workers. She thought that I was out but I was still there. I used to be there many times in a week. But now I will never over there. Very disgusting behaviour by Prabhleen.

Multiple bad experiences. Drive thru errors having to go back inside to rectify without any compensation for issues and time. Food handling is disgusting. Walking around with a hash brown in hand while using the till and cutting cooked eggs with a ‘karate chop’ of their hands. This in 3rd world hospitality
