We ordered four drinks, instead of cappuccino they put froth milk in coffee, it is made espresso please don’t think that customer are dump you can give anything to them, if someone is paying please give their correct food.

They got better for a little while, and now it's back to square one.
When a customer pays for a meal with a hash brown, and it is clarified over the speaker by both parties, please make sure they get what they put their money out for.

Abysmal service made a 50$ order and they forgot all coffee which was half the order tim hortens has gone down hill so far it's not even recoverable at this point.

absolutely horrible, im honestly shocked at how badly this simple order came out, this was the worst experience i've ever had with tim's and i order at different locations a lot, this picture is supposed to be my sausage farmers wrap, they used bacon (which i cannot eat without getting sick) there was no egg, no hash brown and barely any sauce.

Ordered a pizza through the drive thru and they told me to pull forward into the parking lot, I waited 10 mins and still no pizza , I had to go inside and they were just putting the pizza in the oven! I had to wait longer, if I didn’t come in who knows how long I would be waiting. I’m not ordering from here again.

Front counter service seems to take a back seat when it comes to drive thru. Not a good look when 5 people working drive thru and 1 counter person.
Pretty crappy Tims. Slow service, staff doesn't speak English and they walk away when someone comes up to order. Frequently is out of things that they shouldn't run out of - like soup or muffins. Your better off driving a few extra blocks to the gateway location.
Updated review: Simply the most incompetent Tim Hortons on the planet. It's geographic location is its only draw. Prices change depending on who's working. Staff doesn't understand English, ordered a sour cream donut, got a chocolate donut. When brought it to their attention they just got confused thinking I wanted a hot chocolate.

Tim Hortons used to be a place to relax and enjoy a nice coffee , now it’s way to fast paced and the quality of the food is so poor:( everytime I get an assorted pack of timbits they give me one kind, everytime I order a sandwich it’s way to poorly put together. The staff are so rushed (which I understand sometimes, I’ve worked in customer service and the food industry for a long time) however it’s getting out of hand the way the workers treat and respond to the customers. Super sad to see the way it’s all turned out . Not to mention the hash browns taste like they’ve been sitting for days…

I’m always at noon time go to get it French Vanilla with 3 espresso shots but the service inside very bad and fraud so they are give it to me same French Vanilla but with out espresso shots or gave me just one espresso shot when I get it my order on driver true and always charge me full amount the scam service said this is French Vanilla with 3 espresso shots but they are liar….if it the program but minus star I will but minus 10 stars for the customer service…
