Try the Bailey's White Hot Chocolate - tastes less sweet then the regular hot chocolate and pairs well with the Bailey's flavour shot for the holidays.
Very rude staff. They don’t know how to talk with customers. They just start yelling

I come to this location between bus transfers, often afterwork.
There one woman who is always there when I go. She is usually preparing the foods people order.
I have spent 30 years in this kind of customer service and she is just the kind of customer service representative any business would want.
She is friendly, talks and laughs with customers, gets the orders out quickly.
I don't often come across her level of customer care.
No matter how busy it is at this location, and there seems to always be an endless line, the staff never show their stress.
They just work quickly and efficiently.
I've never heard them be rude, never seen them falter.
They always just get the orders taken and out in the fastest manner they can manage.
I'm always impressed.
Working downtown has its own stresses I'm sure, but the staff here just work hard and it shows.
The only thing I'd like to see different is simply having seating available for customers.
Often seats are being taken by people who aren't buying anything but looking to use the Wifi or people looking for shelter for a while/sleeping.
I know it can be risky approaching people as you aren't sure their mental health or conditions and how they will react.
This location just has so little seating it's hard when you have food and drinks and wish to dine in.

Slowest Tim Hortons around. Shouldn't take 5 minutes for each person to get to order at the counter. Nvm that wait after you order.
Being downtown the atmosphere isn't comfortable or safe feeling at all but the staff and food are the best compared to any other Tim Hortons I've been to.

Has to be the slowest Tim hortons in the city. There were 4 people in front of me, it took 25 minutes to get a coffee. There’s no sense of urgency from the employees. I worked in food service for 15 years, this is the most embarrassing location I’ve been to. Please train your employees on the “fast” portion of “fast food”.
Thanks.

The dirtiest Tim Horton of Winnipeg 🤮this is the only store open specially on long weekends still they don’t put more staff, same 1 person is taking orders, 8-10 customers waiting in line. Homeless ppl sleeping on tables Disgusting 🤢
I typically order through the app to avoid the lineups which never seem to end but the staff I normally encounter are very friendly and my orders have always been correct!

Pretty good meeting place. They get through the busy periods quite efficiently. Good workers. Not really enough table sitting. Good place to meet people. Wedges were over cooked one time

Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I've been to - very unprofessional, people at the front don't understand basic English other than "double double", homeless people hanging out, and order made incorrectly. Avoid this location unless it's something easy.

They had 4 total employees
Yet only one was taking the orders and he was also making the food and when i told him my bus was early he was least bothered. Nor did the other employees move ahead to help out. So i had to leave without food due to slow service.
