I go to the nearest coffee place when I need coffee. Dec 26, went to get breakfast meal with large coffee. Specified no butter, staff was kinda nervous so i said it's OK it's OK when he apologized about not knowing what to punch on the till. Heard a female announced breakfast muffin no butter. Thank you very much as always. Salamat. Be safe.

Good service. Mobile order line is short. I prefer to order online so I can skip the line.The queue is almost always long. Mobile order, it's the quickest way yet.Expect panhandling outside the doors. Some are aggressive ("I can hear coins in your pocket")They mean the keys in my pocket? I never carry change. Plus what is spare change? I'm not yet a millionaire, so no I don't have 'spare' change.At any rate, service is prompt and positive.Wish that they could do something about those panhandlers.Also food was good and filling. I didn't expect to be full after eating the Turkey BLT. FANTASTIC.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is level with the sidewalk. No inclines, just the thresholds to worry about.

There was a confusion about something I ordered and the Indian ethnicity lady was super defensive about it even though I didn’t mind the confusion and ended up taking the wrong order. I understand I made a mistake by not hearing her co worker confirm what I ordered (I ordered a chocolate chip muffin and he heard it as English muffin and he later said that they were cooking the egg and it would take extra time and I heard it as them cooking the muffin which would take extra time). Basically he didn’t understand my accent and I didn’t understand his. But the Indian person was unnecessarily defensive about the whole thing even though she wasn’t the one who took my order! I accidentally used the wrong pronoun for her coworker and she rudely said “First of all, it’s a he and not a she”, after which I apologized. I’m sorry for being ignorant about not knowing his pronoun but damn this lady was acting like I hurt her feelings, when she wasn’t even the one I gave my order to! The place wasn’t even busy when I came it so I don’t know what that attitude was for. I’m super non confrontational and I literally took the wrong order and left. I’m already super anxious about ordering things so thanks for making this even hard for me.

Staff are pretty smart and idiot too well they take off all the items from the menu and said there is glitch in the system we can’t do anything i mean cmmon they can be just honest with the customers and just say we don’t serve certain items at the moment its my request to management teach your staff how to deal on the phone
