Like this place, yeah it might be not the best coffee, but it depends, really depends on batch. And now they have food bowls, which is awesome!

Maja was great!
We ordered a 4-cream, 2-sugar coffee and an ice cap with almond milk (due to an intolerance) and hazelnut shot. For breakfast, we ordered two croissants with sausages.
I had to change the ice cap since they gave me regular milk and without hazelnut shot. But when I tried to change it again, they added oat milk. Before they could do it, I warned them it was almond milk, so they threw away the milk but used the same cup again for the almond milk. This, in addition to giving me diarrhea from the regular milk, caused cross-contamination.
Luckily, I'm not allergic to oat milk, but they should have known about the problems with cross-contamination. The service was terrible. I had to repeat more than 10 times how I wanted the ice cup, and even then, I was still doing it wrong.
Is not the first time we have a problem here, kind of the same problem.
They don't pay attention, their work area is dirty, and they just want to get it done quickly. Another thing, they have both bays out of service and I haven't been able to go to the bathroom (due to the urgency of diarrhea)

Had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff was friendly specially ARSH KAUR super polite, efficient, and made my day with their positive attitude. My order was perfect, and the service was smooth. Keep up the great work!
I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, but while drinking it, I couldn’t taste any vanilla at all. Then I noticed something weird in the ice. I checked a few cubes and honestly, it looked like they were made with dirty water… it made me feel sick.
Since then, I’ve stopped getting coffee from there. I used to go because it was along my bus route downtown.I’d place a mobile order before catching my third bus. But now I have to walk all the way to Graham just to grab coffee because I don’t trust that location anymore.
If I wasn’t rushing to class, I would’ve gone back and shown it to the staff. I could’ve ended up with food poisoning if I hadn’t noticed.
Just wanted to let you know because it was really disappointing.

This place can be a tough place to work due to its downtown location, but the staff are always very friendly and provide excellent service despite the challenges. The team consistently handles the high traffic and diverse customer base with professionalism and a positive attitude. The coffee and food are good too. Kudos to the staff for their hard work and dedication!

Friendly staff and the food is good. The steeped tea actually tastes like steeped tea, not diluted like some of the other Tim's in

I just went in for my usual breakfast. I was greeted by the gentleman that works the front. I asked for my sandwich and he went over to let the person in the kitchen know. At that time, the other front worker came in and asked if that was it?! I wasn’t done. I ordered my coffee and then she asked me if that was all?! I still wasn’t done. I processed to order my donut. She was rushing me and certainly not in a good mood. I asked her if they might be closing as to why she was rushing me so much.
I think she needs further training on how to treat customers better
