This place can be a tough place to work due to its downtown location, but the staff are always very friendly and provide excellent service despite the challenges. The team consistently handles the high traffic and diverse customer base with professionalism and a positive attitude. The coffee and food are good too. Kudos to the staff for their hard work and dedication!

Friendly staff and the food is good. The steeped tea actually tastes like steeped tea, not diluted like some of the other Tim's in

I just went in for my usual breakfast. I was greeted by the gentleman that works the front. I asked for my sandwich and he went over to let the person in the kitchen know. At that time, the other front worker came in and asked if that was it?! I wasn’t done. I ordered my coffee and then she asked me if that was all?! I still wasn’t done. I processed to order my donut. She was rushing me and certainly not in a good mood. I asked her if they might be closing as to why she was rushing me so much.
I think she needs further training on how to treat customers better

Bunch of clueless workers who don't know how to acknowledge customers or make orders right. Empty line means 5mins of waiting before they even greet you. This location sucks.do better. Been here 5 times and it's always the same. My advice is to go to a different location.

This is the worst Tim Horton is Winnipeg. Last week got a cinnamon raisin bagel and it was not fresh. Two days got fruit explosion again it was stale. Had to throw after one bite. Location is dirty and they never clean it. Managers response was it was fresh and they never sell it to customer. Also said she doesn't bother about Google reviews because it was before she joined.

Only issue I have with this location is inaccurate operating hours. It's never open on weekends despite hours posted on the door saying they should be open.It would be nice if they actually were as I often work weekends and this the closest location that works for my commute to work.Beyond that good staff sometimes a little slow in taking orders but sometimes that's due to being low on staff.

Staff are patient with the public. Older customer was taking a long time at the counter.Real happy they opened another register. I didn't hear what the senior was having trouble with (had my earphones on)Coffee was on point, no complaints. The place was clean.
