Under staffed and slow service. Long line that gos out the door most mornings. Staffed are not that welcoming and give off a vibe your bugging them 75% of the time.

Jashan is one of the best workers. Ive been coming to this location for 4 years. This is the only tim hortons I actually enjoy going to. Considering the location and types of people who go there. They do a really good job. Glad the grumpy guy is gone.

It wasn't until I was walking out that service was offered, I saw 6 or 7 employees walking around. One referred me the next til, where I went unnerved until I noticed a new customer already on the previous til.
I asked the girl wandering around the work space while drinking coffee if I should just leave, when she replied with, jus one minute sir... nope... never here again, there were two till's and never more than 2 attending customers... 5 minutes is unacceptable.

This a pretty typical Tim Hortons in Winnipeg, very polite and energetic understaffed crew running on fumes. Food overcooked from trying to do 100 things at once. They do not deserve any customer critisim for food quality or spped service when 2 people do the work of 5..

I'm just here to say, I witnessed a staff member drop a spoon on the ground and pick it up and place it back....
Like this place, yeah it might be not the best coffee, but it depends, really depends on batch. And now they have food bowls, which is awesome!

We ordered a 4-cream, 2-sugar coffee and an ice cap with almond milk (due to an intolerance) and hazelnut shot. For breakfast, we ordered two croissants with sausages. I had to change the ice cap since they gave me regular milk and without hazelnut shot. But when I tried to change it again, they added oat milk. Before they could do it, I warned them it was almond milk, so they threw away the milk but used the same cup again for the almond milk. This, in addition to giving me diarrhea from the regular milk, caused cross-contamination. Luckily, I'm not allergic to oat milk, but they should have known about the problems with cross-contamination. The service was terrible. I had to repeat more than 10 times how I wanted the ice cup, and even then, I was still doing it wrong. Is not the first time we have a problem here, kind of the same problem. They don't pay attention, their work area is dirty, and they just want to get it done quickly. Another thing, they have both bays out of service and I haven't been able to go to the bathroom (due to the urgency of diarrhea)
