If I could give this store 0 Stars I would awful service when asked to speak to a manager workers said she wasn't in until the morning then magically she appeared less than 5 minutes later with an attitude when I asked her why there was only two workers working in the front of the store when there was like six or seven working to drive through staff refused to give me the supervisors name the man in front of me complained as well you can review the cameras it's all on camera that supervisor should be fired

!!!!! Stapler Pins!!!! I visited this Tim Hortons yesterday around 22:06 and ordered 5 Birthday Timbits. I ate 2 of them before checking the bag. After that, I noticed stapler pins inside the bag mixed with the remaining Timbits.
After realizing this, I carefully checked and did not find any pins in the Timbits I had eaten. However, finding stapler pins in a food order is a serious food safety issue and could easily cause injury. I hope this location reviews its food-handling procedures. I am posting this review now as I was busy at the time of the incident. πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

One of the best tim hortons in winnipeg in my opinion, coffee’s are always made the same unlike some other Tim Hortons, highly recommend the double stacked farmers wrap

Avoid this place. They prioritize drive thru and skip orders before the person standing in line.

Absolutely horrible sandwich makers. The bacon is never cooked and they always charge for extra sauce and never add any sauce. When you order from the app the saff picks your donuts. My box of donuts looks like they are sending it to a home for diabetics. What's with all the pain donuts no one wants them so stop putting them in the donuts. Cook your bacon its disgusting.

If I could give negative stars I would, you have the slowest service, cars are always backed up in drive thru. Inside the store, workers seem clueless, walking around talking to each other and not in English which can be offensive to customers. To top that off management does seem to know how to organize a team or even make sure speed and customer service is top priority. Tim Hortons needs to make huge changes. I will be contacting head office about this location, this store needs to be revamped with better employees and managers.

Drive through is better than sitting in and having something.

Good location for working individual.

Parking could be a problem during rush hours.

Worst service ! Idk why they hire people who cant even speak english clearly

Stood there for 5 minutes behind 4 other people in line, no sense of urgency, no one taking orders. Had to leave without lunch to catch my bus.

November 19, 2025, 11:00 a.m. *** FOLLOW-UP FROM ASSISTANT MANAGER.*** Hello! I wanted to share that I received a phone call from the assistant manager (S.Z) this morning following my initial review. She kindly explained how online pre-orders are processed through a central system before being redirected to individual Tim Hortons locations. She acknowledged that there had been a communication breakdown and offered a sincere apology for my experience.
As a thoughtful gesture, she also offered that the Tim Hortons at 188 Isabel would cover my next order. I truly appreciated this effort to make things right. I wished her success in managing the challenges of handling multiple morning orders and thanked her for the follow-up.
It’s reassuring to see that Google reviews are read and that management takes the time to respond when needed.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
I preordered online a baked goods platter & 50 assorted Timbits on November 15 at 8:41 AM. Pick up was scheduled for November 17 at 8:30 at 188 Isabel St in Winnipeg. Upon arriving (8:15) I showed my confirmation number to the lady who was not aware of my order. She asked around, I waited, waited and waited. I asked another lady who took my phone with the email confirmation and went to the kitchen. She returned and gave me my phone. I waited again. I observed many dissatisfied customers who had not receiving the correct order while expressing frustration for the long wait. The only people who seemed happy with the service were the people picking up for delivery service customers. After approximately another 20 minutes, I saw someone preparing my platter. I was hopeful I could still get to the work place I was going to before 9:00. Finally, another 15 minutes later, I received my order with an apology and left. WOW! So much for preordering! This Tim’s is now on my black list!
