Like every other RBI QSR this location has a focus on the drive thru, which typically has 14 to 20 cars in line any time I look out my window at it, (I am the one with the maple leaf pride flag) so you can be guaranteed they will not have someone assigned to orders, that person needs to fold out of the attention to the drive thru to serve a walk in customer. If you order on the mobile app as I usually do, you can expect your order to not be ready when you have asked them for it to be. Delivery orders are shown on a screen you can see from most vantages but mobile app pick ups is a tiny little tablet that largely gets ignored. If you order more than a drink, and they fail to have your order ready, they expect you to go to the order pick up for walk in customers like you should know this, it is very poorly organized, so I should not have to leave the area clearly marked "MOBILE ORDER PICK UP HERE."
But don't let my objectively factual review fool you, I was once the lead US customer service agent for the worlds largest purveyor of fried chicken, and know exactly how a QSR runs and how they should work. It is Timmies after all, so even you know exactly what you are getting.
Smile more and you will get better ratings, act like you care and you will get the best ratings, in other words make eye contact.

It's a Tim's. They're all busy for good reason. Reliable quality products and fast service.
Parking: Salter near the bridge. This place is tight for the amount of traffic but manageable.

No longer Canadian! No longer needed...
Tim's response was that they disliked my review and would rather I email them... Not happening Tim's.! You wanna discuss? Do it publicly through here! Instead of hiding! Or pay me to lie! 😘

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was ready in no time. I tried their classic coffee and a donut, both of which were delicious. The coffee was freshly brewed with a smooth, rich flavor, and the donut was soft and sweet—just what I was craving. The atmosphere was cozy, and I appreciated the quick service, making it a perfect stop for a quick coffee break. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely return for another visit!
