Like every other RBI QSR this location has a focus on the drive thru, which typically has 14 to 20 cars in line any time I look out my window at it, (I am the one with the maple leaf pride flag) so you can be guaranteed they will not have someone assigned to orders, that person needs to fold out of the attention to the drive thru to serve a walk in customer. If you order on the mobile app as I usually do, you can expect your order to not be ready when you have asked them for it...
