I picked my coffee around 5:30 pm from this location and I was surprised to that roll up the r was already checked by their employees. When I tried to roll it it was already rolled up. I have seen stories about other Tim Horton having same isssue but I never thought I will experience it. It’s about work ethics of the employees. I think management should do something about it. These kind of employees can be good for work place

Tim’s is pretty consistent with their food, but this location does not abide by their own advertised pricing. Their offer for a $3 breakfast sandwich with a coffee has been up for at least a week, and for that entire time they are not abiding by their own pricing. This is false advertising. This the second time I’ve brought it to their attention, so it makes me think it’s no mistake.

Regularly visit this Tim’s as this is the cleanest I’ve been to in Winnipeg. Food is always good and they get my order correct. Wife only eats from this Tims. I’m such a regular all I have to say “the usual” and they get my food spot on all the time.

Good day! It's without exaggeration that I say this location is the best location I've ever been too.
I've been going to Tim Hortons for over 20 years, I've practically driven across Canada, I've lived in multiple provinces and have been to dozens and dozens of locations.
I had changed locations for my morning coffee within the last few months and I can say confidently that this is the friendliest, happiest staff I've encountered. The service is great, the service is consistent, there's never an issue with my order, they're always smiling and know who I am and call me by my name.
This should be the model for every Tin Hortons in Canada.

I had the best experience at Tim Hortons today. I ordered a medium coffee, a bagel, and Timbits, and everything was exactly up to my expectations. Everything tasted fresh, and I truly appreciate the staff for their great service.
My experience with your staff member Jasmeen was wonderful. I wasn’t sure which bagel to order, and she kindly suggested a great option along with the spread. Her help made my visit even better.

I’ve had three terrible experiences ordering savoury pastries online. Each time, they informed me of the out-of-stock item and offered a croissant instead. It’s frustrating that they don’t update their online inventory when they’re out of stock. To make matters worse, I received a cold croissant. The service was truly awful!

I never experienced this kind of service on Tim Hortons. Today at this location around 1:20 PM I ordered a replacement for just a medium coffee because I got it wrong from the last Tim Hortons location. For which as per Tim Hortons rules and regulations we can get replacement for any drink at any location. But the lady she started argument with me she said at this location we don’t offer a replacement in such a rude language.
The Tim Hortons on commerce’s is the best one I have been to in a long time. There are 2 other stores not far from this location. One is on kenaston and the other one in Bridgewater. In my opinion all the staff are great The food is excellent and it’s exactly what you ordered! It’s a smaller location but it’s worth going to.

There is plenty of parking options and a good size sitting area and clean
The variety of goods is well stocked and neatly displayed.
The service here appears to be a little slower and not as friendly as many other shops visited in Winnipeg.
There is a mix of locals and people on the go looking for a quick pick me up. The seating is well spaced out for wheelchair access. There are bar tops along with a cozy corner to settle in with friends for a nice chit chat to catch up on old times. There is unfortunately no fireplace or Muskoka chairs to lounge

this is by far my favourite Tim Hortons in the city. the staff at this location are amazing. super friendly and always quick. my one complaint though is that the lettuce in my BLT is almost always has wilted lettuce with black spots and I just wish it was a little fresher. but besides that 10/10 for the staff and service :)
