If you get a wrong order and try to contact customer service to rectify it, they'll eventually just stop answering you before it's resolved. Should be a pretty easy process to offer a credit in the app for a wrong donut.. but after 2 weeks it still hasn't been resolved after getting initial responses from the manager. Very disappointing.

Manveer made me simply the best hot cappuccino. Hot and foamy on top. She always greets me with a beautiful smile on her face.

I think there is a portion size variation at your location of Tim others always give bigger wrap than this, on the other hand I think your sugar dispensing machine is not working as well cause there was literally no sugar in my beverage. Please take care of these things.

What happened to this location... Last couple times I've ordered a bagel, they only cream cheese the bottom, not both sides. Also ordered the garlic bread based on the picture... Literally cheese melted on the top of a solid ciabatta bun. Who wants that?!? To lazy to cut it open?
