Ordered garlic bread today and found piece of meat on the top. I threw the whole garlic bread in garbage as I'm vegetarian. Also, Girls didn't even change their gloves when switch to different order. I saw one girl, she changed the garbage bin bag and without changing glove, she started making sandwich for drive thru customer. Sometimes even fies were wandering around inside their donut section.

3 seperate occasions went there and wad told no potato wedges. Food is alreqdy mediore its at least suppose to be fast and ready. Not the case at the Tims. Go to the one on Regent

0 star. I didn’t even wanna give this 1 star but the system wouldn’t let me do it.
Something is wrong with this location. The portion size is dirrent here than the others. I ordered a flatbread and a thirst quencher no Ice and the guy severed me a cup with drink in it which was left empty from the top. On asking he started explaining me how the drink is made but left out a very important detail that its been a while since the no ice drink are always topped off with the last product used!! And the flatbread was more of sauce and well for cheese I think I need glasses to find the cheese on the pizza. This is not what I paid for!! Fix it! And train your staff better! Atleast they should have a proper knowledge about what they are doing!!
I expect the manger to reach out to me on this. I am really disappointed with this!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Tim Hortons today at this location thanks to the amazing employee Karman who served me my early MorningCoffee
If you get a wrong order and try to contact customer service to rectify it, they'll eventually just stop answering you before it's resolved. Should be a pretty easy process to offer a credit in the app for a wrong donut.. but after 2 weeks it still hasn't been resolved after getting initial responses from the manager. Very disappointing.
