I went to store @ 11:19 pm on Dec 16, 2024. There was a girl working and both side selfsame were completely empty. I asked any food available, she told me only drink left. I saw bagel and I asked can I get bagel and she replied that not fresh. I am regular customer for Timhorton and this was my first ever bad experience. No customer service at all.

Finally had a chance to crack into my "Latte" after a busy morning to take the first sip and IMMEDIATELY spit it out. This was just a cup full of milk with caramel flavor/syrup.

Tim Hortons is a chain of restaurants that try to maintain the same decor and service at each location. I found this location to be no different than the rest. It was clean and well kept, and the food and coffee were as expected. I like knowing what I’m gonna get when I go to Tim Hortons.
as always friendly drive thru team. Eat in, no one bothers to clean the tables. Toilets are extremely dirty.

The flashing menus are terrible. Our order was placed just before 1600 and they wouldn't serve us breakfast options because it wasn't processed until after 1600 when they stop breakfast. The writing on the wrap paper was inegible so we had to go back up to see which order was whose. Two out of five orders were wrong, including one that contained a food I am sensitive to. This was after asking multiple times what was in the wrap.
Dietary restrictions: Not many options and staff isn't knowledgable about ingredients.

My review is about one person, I did not get her name but she was working early afternoon on August 9th, 2024. She saw I was near tears stressed out and she asked if she could give my kids a treat. I asked her why, and she said she likes kids and she would pay for it. This made my kids happy as I had told them we wouldn't get anything for them today. She was an angel in my stressful moment. I wish I'd gotten her name.
