Bought regular coffee 2nd time today from here. Both times didn’t get a fresh coffee just waste of time and money.

This places service is horrible! My boyfriend and I started going there a little or a month ago and since then the management hasn’t managed to even get the slightest better. You’ll be sitting for 20 minutes waiting for a coffee watching everyone else getting served! Today tops the cake. Placed a pick up order bc they take forever to even get u ur order when u pickup. They made my boyfriend go all the way home to see the picture of the uber app. And told him they couldn’t give him his food! Waited 40 mins! And the manager had the audacity to get mad at me?!!

I was just in the drive thru and absolutely could not stop myself from saying something. I will be calling into head office later. The larger sized lady with red hair working at the window today around 9:30 should not be working here. I heard her totally harass her staff infront of customers very audibly. Calling them stupid, stepping away from her post just to heckle them. The other workers at this location are always so nice it genuinely pains my heart to just witness what was happening. To any other employee working at this location who is reading this I am so sorry you just have to shut up and take that at a place you should feel respected. You’re just trying to make money, and your whole day gets ruined just because you showed up. I really hope one day she either learns to respect others that are her EQUALS, or just finds a new job that isn’t making her miserable.

The staff are absolutely exceptional, they are always very welcoming and take the time to say hello and send me a big smile, always makes my day. The food and beverages are fantastic. Thank you to everyone that works there I could not understand anyone making a poor comment, mistakes sometimes happen though this is life. Be kind and send a smile and a pleasant comment back.
I stop by this Tim Hortons often and the service is always great. The morning manager Jeffery really sets the tone — friendly, organized, and always seems to keep things running smoothly even when it’s busy. My order’s always right, and the staff seem happy to be there. It’s a nice way to start the day with good coffee and good energy.

I order medium chai tea latte but when i get my order cup was half empty when i ask an employee she said we serve like that . I told her i am not ordering first time i know how it served when i taste it drink was so sugary idn't even take another sip . It was really bad experience
