Menu availability here has office hours. Come late and it’s basically ‘we’ll get back to you tomorrow. Why can’t you serve god damn turkey-bacon club sandwiches in the morning? Or after 5-6? No chicken in the morning and no chicken in the evening? You running a food chain or a bank! And Your breakfast menu sucks, it’s basically you selling air in plastic bags for $8

Long time Tim's customer , off and on attend this one, 6 times/year for 5 years not ONCE have I had a friendly person at the window and they just keep getting ruder. I actually avoid this Tim's because 2 of the employees at the window make me despise my experience.. I cant remember their names but the c/s is horrendous. I dont even leave reviews, ever. My boyfriend and I highly recommend placing spending your money elsewhere, where they come with a smile - not an attitude.
That's just me.

I tried to order the Chicken Soup, one of my favorites. Was told Tim Hortons no longer serving this item even though it shows on the menu board. I guess i have one less reason to go there.

Service is nice however Tim Hortons PLEASE STOP PLACING YOUR RECEIPTS WITH THE FOOD IN THE BAG! Super unsanitary for one and that paper sits in storage and gets touched by whomever (usually people that also handle the cash) BUT ALSO receipts have BPAS in them that are not regulated as it normally isn't supposed to touch food!

had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru today.

This happened around 7:05–7:07 AM on January 25. When I reached the window, my coffee was already ready. There was only a brief 5-second delay as I picked up my phone to pay.

Despite there being no cars behind me, the employee at the window behaved extremely rudely. He forcefully shut the drive-thru window, loudly instructed another staff member to close it, and repeatedly rushed me in an aggressive manner. His tone, body language, and comments were disrespectful and unprofessional.

This was a very uncomfortable experience and not what I expect from a place I visit regularly. Customer service should be respectful, especially when there is no urgency or line-up.

I hope management addresses this behavior.
