Every single time I’ve gone to this Tim’s I’ve been given the wrong drink everytime. I order a large iced latte made with the protein milk and cane syrup. The continuously give me the drink with the sugar free vanilla syrup and I find it tastes to strong to drink and it really upsets my stomach. They also charge me extra for the sugar free syrup that I didn’t even ask for and when I’ve asked them to correct my order and refund me the difference as I shouldn’t be paying for something I’m not asking for. There was only one occasion where someone remade my drink and gave me back the difference. The other girls there refused to remake it to what I actually ordered. This has been very frustrating as I don’t always have time to try to go back in to attempt to get it remade as I use my lunch break to get it. Please have the staff read the screens properly to prepare the proper drinks.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. While waiting for my order in the morning. I witnessed the manager yelling at employees and showing them absolutely no respect in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch and made the whole atmosphere negative. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity, and customers shouldn’t have to see that kind of behavior. Management needs to improve how they treat their staff because it affects both the workers and the customer experience.

Dear Tim Hortons Ownership/Head Office,

I am writing to formally bring to your attention some very concerning behavior I have observed at your Winnipeg Westwood location. The managers at this restaurant consistently show a lack of respect toward their employees. They frequently raise their voices and yell at front-line workers, creating a hostile and unpleasant work environment. I've observed personally cause I am your daily customer.

Your staff members work hard to serve customers, and they should be treated with professionalism and respect at all times. Yelling at employees is not only unacceptable but also damaging to both employee morale and the reputation of Tim Hortons as a company.

I strongly urge you to monitor and review the behavior of the managers at this location. If such practices continue, I will be left with no choice but to gather evidence and pursue legal action against those responsible for workplace mistreatment.

I trust that you will take this matter seriously and ensure that proper corrective measures are taken.

Completely inconsistent food quality. Annoying up-sales (not blaming employees, blaming mgmt). The usual suspects are often hanging about bothering customers. I’d rather drive further just to get a little higher quality.

This location can be very busy, although staff members like Mandeep ji always make it worth the visit. The location is relatively easy to access with sufficient parking. The crew is always friendly and accurate, even when there is a line up. The restaurant (including washrooms) are consistently tidy. The environment is big enough and well organized: perfect for a coffee date with friends or studying. 🙏🏼 10/10 would recommend.

Staff is great. The issue I have is every single time I order a coffee, they only fill the cup 3/4. Large or Extra Large, I only get 3/4 of the cup filled. I don't want to be that person who holds up the morning line to tell them to fill it up. But it should always be a full cup, that is what I am paying for. Please do better.

Staff was very welcoming. Great efficient service.
My coffee was just the way I like it. Dark roast and hot.
I commented to the lady/possible Manager, I liked her Canadian uniform and if promotional sale on them.
I was disappointed it was not.
I was happy for her though when she told me she received as an achievement reward for helping make this Tim Horton's a great place to satisfy that need for coffee , food, and great service.
