Today in the evening I placed an order for two coffees, one large and one medium. The employee who was supposed to prepare my order spent about 20 minutes entertaining his colleagues instead. Only after I asked him to finally make my order did he prepare two medium cups.
There were only two other customers in the store. If this is too difficult for your staff, this will be the last time I visit your establishment.
Also, thank you for taking my money, as I didn’t have time to wait again for my order to be corrected.

Out of all tims, i like the atmosphere, it's more quiet and more 'casual' compared to other Tim Hortons, and i enjoy the staff, they always make it right if something does go wrong (which is very rare) Cheers to Nixon and Hazel in the morning/evening
