I have visited this place thrice for the hot chocolate. The guy who works in the night always gives the same excuse of cleaning the machine. It’s more than a coincidence now. If you guys don’t want to serve, please take if off the menu.

Today and last week drive through customer service is horrible. Last week the girl stared into my sounl and gave the food like I asked for free food. No "here you go or at least have a nice day". Today the guy just have me the food and turned away. I said thank you to him but still nothing. Don't you guys teach basic customer service to your employees ? Never will I go here again.
