Today and last week drive through customer service is horrible. Last week the girl stared into my sounl and gave the food like I asked for free food. No "here you go or at least have a nice day". Today the guy just have me the food and turned away. I said thank you to him but still nothing. Don't you guys teach basic customer service to your employees ? Never will I go here again.

I love this location for the staff and the service but you guys really need to work on the baker, this was my second time getting stone hard overcooked cookie, cookies are supposed to be soft but this was rock hard, you can even see how overcooked it is because of the colour.

No point in trying to buy a dozen doughnuts near closing because they don’t want to reheat their frozen doughnuts, of which they have a limited supply & refuse to bake after an unrealistic time of day.
Parking: Dangerous when exiting the lot because of the poorly designed lot.
What is the #1 pre-requisite for hiring Tim's staff here? Clueless idiocy. Ask for salt, get pepper, consistently. No other customers, not like they are busy. And don't dare go to the washroom, they will clear your table and take your stuff. Geez. So many Tim's, same story. So frustrating. They used to be a half decent place until a few years ago. What happened, what changed.

Went for drive thru twice, and got my order wrong twice. The first time I thought it wasn’t all their fault because I said crispy bacon wrap instead of breakfast bacon wrap, but at least clarify it, they gave me a crispy chicken wrap. The second time I asked for bacon breakfast sandwich, the girl who ordered even asked me English muffin or biscuit, and I said biscuit, and I saw she typed it on the ordering page, but I go home and checked my order, they put a bagel.

Very busy location, and service was quick, but the order taker didn't even know what a Chili combo was, and I also didn't get my discount for my sandwich combo, nor did I get my proper points in the Tim's app.
