The order for just one coffee was placed at 9:48, yet no one even bothered to check the mobile orders. When I asked about it, the crew member only started preparing it at that moment. The order was marked for immediate pickup, not a 15-minute wait.
When I asked for an explanation, I was told there was a rush at the drive-through. However, that does not justify such a delay, especially for a simple order. Managing multiple orders is part of the job, not an excuse.
Moreover, we are paying customers, not asking for anything for free, so there is absolutely no reason for staff to argue or behave rudely. If this is the level of service, it’s honestly unacceptable and very disappointing.
