I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and had an exceptional experience! Zeny, the employee who assisted me, was friendly, polite, efficient, and delightful. The service was incredibly fast, and Zeny's warm smile made my day. Kudos to Zeny and the entire team for providing top-notch service! I highly recommend this location.
My cousins, my mom and I go to Tim's Brookeside 2-3 a week for brunch. We enjoy dining here. Aside from the place which is big compared to some store, staff tried to keep it clean all the time. The food is always served hot. The staff provide a fast service and friendly. Special mention to Tita Zeny, Celina and Carol who provide excellent service everytime.
