You guys need to improve your service , waited 20 mins for the order after waiting for 15 mins when I ask employee name (Amritpal) about what’s taking so long she said it’s big order 🤣 one coffee and a pack of timbits are big order it’s not first time that I waited every single time for delivery orders they make us wait more than 20 mins which is ridiculous

Food is ok but the service is so bad. The girl who took our orders seems like taking our orders in a hurry and she seems in a bad mood. As we start to dig in our orders my niece go back to the till to order more. The two girls working there look at her when she’s going to the till but when she comes near them they both turn their back. I understand the girl who’s taking care of the orders from drive-thru, but the other girl made herself busy cleaning instead of entertaining my niece for her order. She makes my niece waiting for long standing in the till and when my niece went back to us, she then ask, ‘are you not ordering?’ What a rude and unprofessional service we experience at Tim Horton Plessis.

Inhuman and disgusting! stop yelling at your employees in front of customers. The lady who was giving attitude to everyone and she yelled at her ( apparently new ) employee and made her panic and she looked so sad ! STOP IT AND TAKE ACTION ABOUT THIS !!!!!!!

Management needs to stop yelling at their employees in front of customers in the store and by the drive thru window… learn how to speak respectfully and more appropriately.
The employees are usually pleasant, one employee (I think his name is Nick) is always nice.
