If I could make this location a -10s stars I would. They don't even deserve the 1 star. Transcona should boycott this tims. Every time I've gone to this location they are "out of food". If you go to this location, expect to have only about %10 of the menu available to you. The only tims in winnipeg that has been "out of" wedges, chicken, most bagels, most donuts, and TEA , at 2 in the afternoon. Today I was unable to order Chilli, all loaded wraps, loaded bowls, wedges, and multiple all day breakfast items. How are you a restaurant with no food?

Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins just to be over charged for a large soup that wasn't even filled fully. $9.50 for a large soup is outrageous.

I personally seem to always have nothing but issues at this location. Only foreign workers that work a lot but no customer service skills or care for their paying customer.Not to mention lazy, too lazy to make more wedges so they'll tell one customer they do not have any to pick another item while convincing another customer that wedges will take too long to make to choose something else.Hot chocolate machine has been broken for a Long time or they are too lazy to make it.

Very good food but the kindness of some people.. my brother asked for a crispy chicken wrap, then a lady said the had no crispy chicken wrap left. My brother thought the meant the wrap so he asked instead a crispy chicken sandwich and that when a lady said « if the have no more the have no more » with a annoy voice ! Sorry if you have a bad day but it not our fault :/ But normally the are kind !

Worn out decor. Location could use the facelift some other Tim's in Winnipeg have been getting.Parking: Best to park a bit further away and walk up. Limited parking by front door, and you compete with a very active drive thru.

Honestly just disgusted in the service at this Tim Hortons. I called and spoke to the supervisor who kept justifying why my bagel was burnt…. “Well you put toasted x2” “The everything bagel burns easier than other bagels.” “Maybe it wasn’t a fresh bagel made within the past 2-3 hours.” I literally cut this woman off and asked her to stop justifying for why my bagel was burnt, take some accountability and do better. Tim’s service has gotten horrible in the past few years. Then at the end she says “I will talk to the staff who made your bagel.” Well I’d sure as heck hope so!!!! ?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. PUNJABI GUY with the TURBAN. THANKS FOR RUINING HALLOWEEN and SCARING THE KIDS. So today I went to this Tim Hortons at around 5.50pm. At our turn in the drive thru, we requested the person who was taking our order to wait, as we were waiting for the vehicle ahead of us to move, so we could have a good look on the menu. When we tried to order, there was no reply. We tried to call for someone couple of times as we thought there might be some issue with the microphone. After some time, the person on the other end said “ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE” in a really disrespectful tone. while some other employee interrupted him and took our order. At the payment window, the Punjabi guy with a turban was standing with a hateful expression on his face. He said “ Do you want your order?” I said yes. Upon confirming if it was him on the mic, I said that it was really impolite, he said “Don’t come here” in punjabi. He was really rude, impolite, unprofessional and provocative. He said that if we have a problem with his way, we should meet him inside (in a provocative way). I just want to let you know, I had kids with me, And we were gonna go “Trick or Treating”. And the kids really upset because of his harsh behaviour. THANKS bro. KEEP IT UP. Utterly Shameful and DISAPPOINTING.

Not sure why,, but at this location my tea is always cold. There was a time I was there w 3 visible staff within 15 ft of me and no one at the drive-thru I waited while staff chatted before someone came and took my order. Not a fan of this location but has normal Tims stuff.

Worst customer service compared to other tim hortons even when they are not busy with inside orders. I walked in to order a bagel and this person at cash counter needs to learn how to position your tone while you speak to the customer in a way that they won’t feel rude. Also, try not to speak in a different language with each other while customer is waiting/ordering their food.I DON’T REALLY LEAVE REVIEWS LIKE THIS BUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD IN TERMS OF CUST SERVICE.FOOD WAS GOOD.
