I’ve never had a bad experience at any Tim Hortons until today. It was my first time visiting this location’s drive-thru. The staff member taking my order was very rude and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Before I could even finish, she said they were cleaning at 4 PM and told me to just drive ahead.
This was very unprofessional. I request the manager to please train the employees here for better customer service.

No croissant, no sandwich only wraps this morning…donuts are mislabeled so what I asked for is not what I got. Do better Tim Hortons

Why was it when the employee was grabbing the wrong timbits and I noticed and tried to correct her many times but she insisted it was the right ones.

I asked for a refund instead of getting the timbits, and WHY DID THE ONE MALE LOOK OFFENDED WHEN I ASKED. They really didn’t want to give my money back and someone else grabbed those timbits for me. Super annoying.

I won’t be ordering from here again, I can see why people complain so much about Tim Hortons recent customer service these days.

I had a very frustrating experience on Sunday Sept 14th at around 3:30pm. I attempted to order a sandwich with no bun. The first and second cashier did not understand my request. It was frustrating that they were smirking at one another and made it seem like I am the dumb one. My request was not overly complicated and could have been due to dietary restrictions. Any other fast food chains would have understood this request easily. Why did I have to explain to them to just put the sandwich toppings in a box and dont include the bun? It’s not rocket science. After a few minutes of going back and forth, a third employee attended to me and she understood my request. Please hire more competent employees who can understand simple modifications.

A definite problem with wobbly tables at this restaurant. We sat at the table where my coffee spilt everywhere because of this.
It was quiet in the restaurant.I looked at the 3 staff members behind the counter and said look at this....
I should at least get a free coffee and not one of them spoke up and said boo! Not a word of apology for my misfortune.....very sad!

Came here this morning to witness this elderly worker sweeping the parking lot in the blistering heat. As i go inside, all the young workers were just chatting and relaxing. I did not receive good service too. Not a hello, have a good day or anything. It seems to me that a younger worker should be sent out to do that. Not have the friends sit inside and hangout
