Came here this morning to witness this elderly worker sweeping the parking lot in the blistering heat. As i go inside, all the young workers were just chatting and relaxing. I did not receive good service too. Not a hello, have a good day or anything. It seems to me that a younger worker should be sent out to do that. Not have the friends sit inside and hangout

This branch scammed me. Charged me 28.98 for a 1 dozen donut and they didn’t even give me my receipt.

Absolutely the worst experience at tim hortons...ever. went to the bathroom it was so gross...piss all over the seat and floor...not flushed.
Came out stood there for 5min....while a girl leaned on counter by drive thru window...staring at me. Another one playing and hugging a girl by mobile pick up. A guy sitting on the counter behind mobile pick up station. I had to ask if anyone was going to serve me. So horrible never got an apology...just the girl saying I was working...I'm like no you were hugging and playing with the girl with a jacket on.

This has gone downhill. Three times this week they have given me the wrong order. They act inconvenienced when I asked them to correct it. The service is not good you rarely even get a Hello when you pull up to the window

I came here twice and there were problems here twice. The first time I paid $16 instead of $4 for a small caramel latte, the second time today I paid $8 instead of $4. And in response, I hear that I ordered 2 small lattes, I tell them that I ordered one latte and not two, I tell them, look in my car, do you see someone else besides me, why do I need 2 coffees by myself? You either hire Indians who understand and speak English well, or don't hire them when they don't understand anything.

It's better than my average experience. Usually, I have to say my order multiple times, and the cashier gets mad, but this time, I had friendly service and amazing interaction. Best place to study too!
