I always have poor experiences at this Tim Hortons location. My orders are often incorrect, and they don’t seem to grasp the concept of "toasted." The baked goods are lackluster and stale; ex: a vanilla dip donut has no icing on it to hold the sprinkles. Drinks are frequently not filled to the top, and I've received the wrong order multiple times. They prioritize speed over accuracy, rushing customers along. I was even asked to pull up for a simple bagel with butter, which I’ve never encountered at other locations. Despite contacting Tim Hortons through app about my concerns, I've never heard back from management like they promise and all they do is give you 400 points to “make it right”. How about they actually do something about the complaints instead. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

Used to be a great Tim Hortons but over the last couple months the donuts have been dry, tough and taste like they're old. Service and people are still great, just a drop in food quality.

I grabbed a Turkey BACON Club and it came with no bacon.. BUT their Iced Capps kinda make up for it. I live out of town and go out of my way just to get them. NO other location tastes as good. It's fluffy and sweet. It's made absolutely perfect.

Ordered a vanilla cold brew and a hazelnut cold brew. Vanilla drink was good, made proper but not ro sure what I recieved as my hazelnut cold brew. Tastes gross, has brown chunks in it that will not dissolve, and tastes nothing like hazelnut.

I purchased coffe but the lid was not secured and it was extremely hot the coffee spilled all over me. Not satisfied with the service
I always get a French vanilla and bring it to work by the time I am ready to drink it. The foam is gone and shows how little coffee I get and how much foam is added. Also, half the time, it's watered down. Service from one woman at the window is so amazing. She is friendly and kind and always remembers who I am.
Parking: Lots of spaces, but a little tight getting in and out and with the drive through

Bug wing found in my Tim bits ? At first when I seen it I thought maybe something burnt was in the box so I touched it and then all the powder on the wing fell off. Worst part is I didn’t notice until after I had eaten them since I was eating them while I was driving, and also working… absolutely disgusted.

If you enjoy not getting what you ordered, waiting crazy amounts of time for your coffee to be made, and non-accountable customer service, then please.., go here. You will be satified. Years of orders being wrong had added up to me writing this. Today pushed me over the edge. Ordered two Americanos, black, through drive-through, and after paying was asked to wait for them to be brought out to me, and to pull ahead and park. No problem. Specialty coffee take time to make. I get it. Please note, this was long after the lunch rush, so it was not that busy at this Tims' location. After 10 MINUTES of waiting, I went into Tims to inquire on the status of the two coffees I paid for. Yep.., they were done, sitting at the machine still, getting cold. They completely forgotten about me and my order. Any apologies?.. Hell no! Had to microwave the coffees when I got home. So much for fresh brew and a good experience. I don't want any free stuff out of this.., just better service for the next person. Will NEVER go back to this Tims location.
