It's fine if you are making a small order. I ordered a take 12 to go one morning. Showed up 10 min after the order said it would be ready. The coffee was still brewing and I waited another 10 minutes. There appeared to be inconsistency on how to fill the take 12 container- first started with an employee holding the container under the coffee spout and eventually led to the employee filling a separate coffee cup several times and pouring it into the carafe. Perhaps further training would be of benefit on how to prepare and fill the take 12 containers. A separate open till for people with smaller orders (ie: a coffee) would be of benefit. Customers with small orders often wait longer while others order breakfast/snacks/coffees. There are efficiencies that could improve the flow process.
