Don't Order Decaf Coffee. I ordered Decaf coffee, and was waiting on the side. I noticed they used regular coffee halfway in a cup and filled the rest with hot water. I politely asked to have ACTUAL decaf. They said it would be a 5 minute wait to brew, and I said I was fine with it. A second girl comes a few minutes later making my decaf coffee halfway with regular coffee and adding hot water again. I mentioned I just asked for fresh brewed and she insisted it was, yet I just saw her use hot water.

First complaint is the locked washroom, the staff here keeps the lineups long where people get tired of waiting and just leave, we have to ask counter staff to unlock the washroom, and whatever they need to do, doesn't get done the first time, so have to run to the counter again to ask for the washroom to be opened...from my knowledge, if a venue serves food they must provide a washroom , this is a ridiculous resolution to keep washrooms tidy !!!

We have to wait for a long. There was no any employee in the front to take our order and they even saw us from the back. Not recommended.
