It's fine if you are making a small order. I ordered a take 12 to go one morning. Showed up 10 min after the order said it would be ready. The coffee was still brewing and I waited another 10 minutes. There appeared to be inconsistency on how to fill the take 12 container- first started with an employee holding the container under the coffee spout and eventually led to the employee filling a separate coffee cup several times and pouring it into the carafe. Perhaps further...

Used to be a great Tim Hortons but over the last couple months the donuts have been dry, tough and taste like they're old. Service and people are still great, just a drop in food quality.
