So what's the point of bringing a reusable cup if staff still prepare your coffee in a wax lined coffee cup. Using a reusable cup so less goes into the land fill. I know this location has the big jug for measuring of coffee orders so why wasn't it used.

So this week they had no oatmilk. Thought they ran out. But today they said none again and that its removed. Will have to bring my own. Please being oatmilk back! Any chance of having anything beyond just sweet pastries and breakfast sandwiches?

Food is always ice cold, Soggy and slammed together with no care at all. They usually run out of supplies or boxes. It's normal not to get cutlery or napkins. Frequently problems with the toaster oven. no problem with the coffee and donuts avoid the 'hot' items like the scrambled eggs box or breakfast belts

The staff is generally good, but I’ve had repeated issues with one of the managers or possibly the owner, I’m not entirely sure of her role. Unfortunately, she has messed up my order three times in a row. It might be best if she steps back from handling orders directly, as it seems there are some consistent mistakes being made.

Ordered via mobile app, from the time I ordered to the time I eventually received all of my order it took 10 mins... why is this, it's because it appeared that 2 members of staff were arguing but in their native tongue, so orders were taking time to complete. My wrap was done way before my brownie and savory slice was even thought about, and because the guy behind the counter appeared to have a strop on, he failed to activate my milk being heated for my london fog. Sort it out please as staff of the hospital don't have the luxury of spending half their break waiting for their order
