Line up is backed up to the hospital entrance. 4 staff. 2 working (hard) and 2 watching stuff on their phones. Letting the line up build. Manager needs to review the CC.

Communication problems very hard to understand staff, many errors caused by lack of understanding orders. Staff very obnoxious, rude, unfriendly
They blasted charged me for a cup of hot water, they even charged taxes on the cup of hot water, McDonald's doesn’t even do that!!! Reason why I ask for extra water they blasted fail to fill the cup.

I've getting tried if employees being rude to customers cause they are having a bad day. Like I was in the hospital for an appointment and dont wanna go back there ever again. Why would you be rude to people in a hospital. People have ptsd and other issues. If we yell at you. We get kicked out. Just do your job. It's not hard.

I was charged for 2 breakfast sandwiches when I only ordered one. Tried to resolve at the department, but staff member didn't understand me, or it was too much trouble to fix. Contacted guest services through mobile app. I was told there was nothing that could be done without a paper receipt. I use the mobile app to cut down on paper use. You definitely need to improve. Hospital Cafe is probably where I will go from now on. ???

I asked to try the new baileys latte and I had one sip while I was still standing there and my teeth were in literal pain from how sweet it was. I went back and asked if I could have a coffee instead. Was told that they couldn’t give me a coffee, that that is what I ordered and I couldn’t get something else.I guess it’s different management at each location because it was a bit of a shock, especially considering there was no one else in line. Meh, just an odd experience and they were not very friendly.
