absolutely atrocious service six times we visited the location four times. They didn't have what we asked for twice they made mistakes on the order incorrect amount of item in the bag incorrect item in the bag four times we were there the person we spoke to could not understand English, and had to get another coworker, who also had a difficult time with English and screwed up the order, brutal please make sure your employees are able to grasp the English language before putting them on a service position

I was charged for 2 breakfast sandwiches when I only ordered one. Tried to resolve at the department, but staff member didn't understand me, or it was too much trouble to fix. Contacted guest services through mobile app. I was told there was nothing that could be done without a paper receipt. I use the mobile app to cut down on paper use. You definitely need to improve. Hospital Cafe is probably where I will go from now on. ???

I asked to try the new baileys latte and I had one sip while I was still standing there and my teeth were in literal pain from how sweet it was. I went back and asked if I could have a coffee instead. Was told that they couldn’t give me a coffee, that that is what I ordered and I couldn’t get something else.I guess it’s different management at each location because it was a bit of a shock, especially considering there was no one else in line. Meh, just an odd experience and they were not very friendly.

Great service early in the morning compared to the one on Ness and Mount Royal who never get my order right so I stopped going there.
Timbits are posted 4.99 for 20. Yet they have “premium ones” and it is suddenly 725No choice I’m flavours means you only get premium. No signs or labels with the new price.So one posted price for items that don’t exist and items provided have a mystery price.Sounds like false advertising / bait and switch/ fraud. - take your pick

l don't like the French Vanilla coffee at that store it tastes very weak, like mostly hot water than French vanilla, although I like Tim's French vanilla, it has been so bad, every time I regret buying my drink from that branch
