I wouldn't even give 1 star. The service is horrible, they haven't even mentioned any sandwiches on the screen and the lady at front expects customers to order without giving any information from her side. They have no service ethics, they are serving hot coffee without any cup holders. The staff is rude and arrogant to everyone. Just horrible experience.

Thursday after 4 pm i visit there People working in front they have no smile on faces look like everyone working in front counter are sad. No hlo no hey nrthng Rude. Need to train them well. Specially girls on cashier shift.

The temperature was -16 with Windchill -27 and they had the AC coming on at several intervals. We had to put our parkas on to stay warm. This is a shame as this is one of the best Timmie's in Winnipeg. Its clean, nice staff and good service.

I had a terrible experience with customer service today. I asked the girl at the register to apply a coupon from my app, and she immediately became frustrated. She kept saying that she couldn’t do anything because I had two offers activated, even though I wasn’t using either of them. Instead of offering a solution or explaining things calmly, she just kept repeating herself in a condescending tone and made it clear she didn’t want to help. On top of that, her facial expressions were rude and unprofessional. However, the manager eventually came over, listened to my concerns, and was able to sort out the issue quickly.
Special credit to the service today around 1pm, great workers who help me from the stress of taking care my kids.

I am a vegetarian and ordered a veggie wrap. The girl called out for a veggie wrap, but it was a chicken wrap. There was no similar order that could have created any confusion. Doesn't matter how busy you are, it is a basic thing to make sure for eatery to not serve the food based on assumptions. If you are not sure, ask again.
