Ordered my usually here however I noticed the guy making my coffer put a container down that appeared to be almond milk. I didn't order almond milk so I asked for him to confirm that wasn't for me then he said o sorry I thought u said almond. He did make me a new coffee but good thing I noticed asnim allergic to almonds.

Had to be one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.The three dream cookies ? were like rocks and when I went back and asked for a refund they said that all of the cookies were like that and because I walked away from the counter it was my own fault.Coffee was horrible and Luke warm - You could tell it had been there for a while.Would not go back, very poor experience, quality and service.

We ordered mozzarella Bagel in drive thru. The women spoke to me at around 9:20 AM didn’t aware that there is bagel made with mozzarella cheese and having mozzarella cheese in the name of the bagel and she said nothing is available like that very rudely. Then I showed her the bagel in App. Even though she had no regrets after she realized that there is one and she had no knowledge of the bagel names properly. The lady billed me also showed so much attitude. Very disgusting behaviour. Would never return. What to do……..this kinda lady?? If I’m a manager I will fire these two ladies. Please mention your email Id in your reply I will email one of the lady’s name I asked after her attitude behaviour

Waited 10 minutes with 2 people in front of me both having already ordered while waiting for my order to be taken. while waiting another costumer lined up at the other till about 8 minutes into me waiting. When finally the staff noticed there were people waiting he went to the opposite till I was at and asked who’s next. So I walked up and he said no and said the girl behind me was first yes technically in that till line but she just got there where I had been waiting at the other till (which I had witnessed them using prior) for much longer. What made me especially mad is that before the other girl showed up the man had made eye contact with me. I never ordered my food due to the ignorance of what customers were where and for how long. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this location with previous times being denied service because they were closed when the mall was still open for an hour and without any signage specifying early close at the store front or online

The food I got was not what I ordered! I got a chicken bacon ranch wrap… the chicken was like mush! It was not an actual piece of chicken like I’ve had in the past and they didn’t even put the bacon on it! Not happy at
