Whenever i visit, coffee/tea is always stale. NEVER EVER FRESH!!!!
After asking for a fresh coffee again, they serve the same thing again and they say its fresh!
Tim horton is known for its freshness, but i am sorry they never serve fresh!!

I ordered a chai tea with two creams and two sugars at the drive-thru but was given a cup of hot water with cream and sugar and no tea bag. The staff member at the window seemed tired, which I completely understand, but I was polite (said thank you twice) and received no response.
When I went back for a refund, no one apologized. They started remaking the drink twice even after I said I wanted a refund. You need to offer the refund with a new and hopefully the right drink. Eventually, they processed it, but again, no apology or acknowledgment.
You may have a new building, Tim Hortons, but the staff could really use some customer service retraining. Prices have gone up, but the service quality has gone down. I’ll be switching to the McDonald’s on McLeod for my daily coffee from now on.

Went to Tim’s this morning for coffee because I thought it was gonna be quick, didn’t look busy. It took nearly 10 mins to get a medium double double coffee. To be looked at if I got a sandwich many times but it was for someone else too. This makes me not wanna go back to this one. I’m very annoyed.

Store looks nice after renovation, this place always have a positive environment and nice service.
Since renovations they deleted a number of items off their menu at this location, not as good like before!👎

The staff walk by a number of times while you are waiting and don't acknowledge you. The wait was longto get served. The girl sadly did not interact well nor was the food what we ordered correct or clarified what it would be upon ordering. The store was empty after a while & no one bothered to empty the overflowing garbage. Not one could actually be seen after a bit. Why not clean tables & empty garbage while it is slow. A bit of a sad experience. Hope it improves.

Very slow service
Visited October18/2025 after the renovations . Ordered 2 Chai Tea double doubles . When I tried my tea 5 minutes later the tea was barely luke warm and very weak .
I mixed it around and still the same - very week
I’m a regular and many times the coffee tastes burnt or very weak
Other times there is sugar which I don’t take in my coffee . Very dissatisfied with the product recently. Also I find that even when I ask them to go light on the sauces there is to much and that is all you taste

Wait time is too much I always do drive thru and they always take so much time to take orders and then serve order . Also whatever you order always its out of stock.

TERRIBLE customer/social skills. Cashiers at drive thru don’t even look at you or talk to you when you receive your food. Completely careless. The morning crew has way better manners and people skills. The evening crew doesn’t even put on a smile for customers. Just a bleak presence when you go to drive thru

Went thru drive thru to order a croissant and small tea, I used my rewards for the croissant when I got to the window she said my total was 2.23 a small tea should be 1.65 she charged me for a large so please double check your order before you pay

Im done with all Tim Hortons and have happily switched to Mcdonalds. I'm tired of workers not knowing our language, easy coffee orders being wrong, food made sloppy or missing ingredients, costing twice as much as McD's.
