i drink coffee almost every day from you guys , please i dont wanna say bad things .. but its my 5-6th time now, i told to put sugar as i need it … and i got my coffee without sugar ,this time also… philipino lady serves exactly as i ask ,with a smile on her face always ,every early morning (when ever she serves).

I ordered tea on October 28 at 1pm but the guy gave me coffee. Than today at 2:40 pm I ordered tea with cream and they gave me black tea I could not back because I was going to my work . I was very upset this is second time.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the manager (female ) wearing brown frame glasses putting her hand down her pants and scratching herself were all the employees are working and she's just standing there looking useless and pulling her hand from out of her pants and I got sick to my stomach I won't be going back there again .
i tried buying something with apple pay debit, twice it declined even though i had money. paid wjth apple pay visa and it went through. the debit charges still went through on my debit and they're not accepting fault. will not be back :)

The coffee is burnt. The cappuccino is bitter and the price is almost $5 too high. Milk is whipped very weakly.

For at least two months now I can not get a good coffee. So I go else where now. This Tim Horton's either changed their coffee or they don't clean their coffee machines. I had to throw my coffee out. Sick of tryung so many times. It only gets worse at this Tim Hortons on Gateway.
The employees have a hard time getting my order right , I ordered 1 lg coffee & muffin , simple order , had to tell the person 3 times my order and they get it wrong , I'm done with that tims , to freakin stupid !
Was ignored at the order window while ten behind the counter were running around like their heads were cut off walked out poor service
I think this tims should clean their sugar dispenser it must be having some sugar lumps inside it thats why sugar is not dispensing in right amount and my tea was not that good just because of that otherwise it was really good
