There is one Philippine worker working there she is so rude, I ordered coffee double double they gave me steep tea and when I ask for change she never admitted her mistake and started to argue unnecessary and making her tone louder, I don’t know why they are making hell of a deal in just changing a coffee, worst experience.

I think this branch normalize the rudeness of their staffs.Not even greeted customers and even giving small smile. Trying to ask your cashier regarding the order but she gave me blank face, at first I feel she doesn’t want to accept my order but in the end I feel humiliated in front of her.Please talk to your people, I saw many bad reviews regarding with your staffs have act on this.

I just came to grab coffee and i was standing in line.there is indian girl name Amanjot, she didn't say Hi hello and what is your order, nothing at all.after my order there was another Canadian guy, she did greeting for him and looks really happy to serve him. I got bad feel of racism. she spoil my day now i throw the coffee
They are the only place that make the ICE COFFEE nice and consistant.

I'm shocked to see that this Tim's location has less than 4 stars! I've been here soooo many times already and I pass 2 other Tim Hortons to get here. My almond latte is always always consistent, they are lightening fast at this location too. Also very polite staff so I really hope management is treating them well.
