Terrible service at this place
It took them 30 minutes to get my order, 1 girl working the other ones standing around, couldn't get me my ice cap,got ice coffee instead

I had a very poor experience today at this location we first waited patiently for someone to take our order at the resister for like 15 minutes! The employee who took our order was extremely rude I asked politely if I could do two separate orders he was sarcastic with response. Then once I was finished my first order he left the resister completely ignoring us. Ended up leaving without the second order because we felt extremely disrespected. These workers need to learn proper costumer service!! Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless you want to be disrespected by the very rude employees!!!

Can’t really rely on the food quantity here on this specific branch. Most of the time you get way less then you expect. Today I ordered 2 veggie bowls and some wedges. I usually get the same order coz that’s in my schedule. From other branches you get pretty decent quantity which makes you feel satisfied for what you paid. Now the same thing that you’ll order here, you’ll get way less. I could literally see the bottom of the box when I opened it up and wedges were less too. I was in my lunch break and was so hungry but my mistake was to rely on the food quantity here and had to go back to work hungry again. And sometimes when you order a bagel with cream cheese they give you so much cream cheese, it’s literally hard to even bite and feels unhealthy. I recommend other branches even the polo park one but not this one.

Long story short — I’m blown away by the service!
I had mistakenly placed an online order at this store. I called right away to let them know not to prepare it because I didn’t want the food to go to waste. To my surprise, the manager told me she would give me a store credit. I told her not to worry about it since I wasn’t sure when I’d be back.
Fast forward 7 months — I happened to visit the same store again. I mentioned the incident to the manager, and she looked it up in the system. Guess what? I still got my order, even after 7–8 months!
Wow — I’m truly impressed!

Purchased a regular coffee from here. Person at the window wouldn't even look at me or speak. Then proceeded to give me a luke warm coffee. Not sure what I did to offend him but I'll visit mcdonalds up the block from now on.

Today I ordered a wrap and some wedges for my girlfriend, when getting the food we realized there was an issue with the order and my girlfriend went in to try and fix the mistake and was met with a rude and disgusting service from one of the workers and when asking to speak to the manager she was met with the same lady losing her mind originally. Her name is ivy. The other employees seemed super understanding and was apologetic on the managers behalf which I appreciated, but I can’t believe how immature the manager was with dealing with such an originally simple issue.

Ordered food through the drive-thru today waited for 20 minutes and had a horrible experience upon trying to fix the messed up order inside. The manager Ivy argued and ridiculed me infront of the store as well as refused to accommodate for the messed up order, I had other customers as well as other workers apologizing to me for the horrible service. Will not be going back.
