Worst experience I’ve ever had in the city of Winnipeg! Waited 20 mins in line at 8:40, no service, finally ordered a sandwich at 9pm and they use the excuse can’t make food cause we’re cleaning the grill now! If I could tell everybody in the city to not go to this location I would! Tim Hortons is garbage, will be going to McDonalds or Wendy’s instead from now on!

Hashbrowns were old and soggy, and they forgot two hazelnut muffins when they rushed me through drive thru
It says it’s open, but can’t go inside. No doughnut, only plain or sour glaze. No food, no farmers wrap no bagels no supreme stack. Waited 10 minutes for two coffees and a brownie. No soup no chili. Nice menu though. Just don’t try to order anything.

She made wrap again for us and say sorry and thank you with warm smile.And she gave access to washroom quickly after wait for long time. Nice girl !
