I ordered a coffee at the drive through. I had errands to run. On the drive I went to take a sip of my coffee to find my cup holder had coffee in it. The cup was leaking. I had to dump the coffee out.I went back and went inside to tell the clerk what happened. She made me feel like a criminal. It's nots about the money. I wanted a coffee and I've been going there for years. It's the closest one for me. She told me there is no leak and I said do you want to see the cup holder in my car. She did end up giving me another coffee but as she handed it to me she said there was no leak in the other cup. I won't be going there for quite some time. I was embarrassed. The lady who was standing beside me said what the big deal. It's a coffee. When the clerk handed me a viffee

The ice capp machine is always broken.

We order tea which was more cooler than room temperature, if followed up for another one the behaviour was not good/ rude attitude and for 2 wraps we waited for 14 minutes, which is completely not acceptable & appreciable.

I love that Tim Hortons where I usually go there 3-4 times in a week . I just wanna specially thank and appreciate to (kiran )who is always greet me with smile and give the best service always in terms of making best drinks and sandwiches. I really appreciate that girl!!

Mid week, mid day, there were just 2 staff. The lady at the till kept *sighing* and acts upset she has to serve people. The guy was okay, I guess. Did his job. They don't have microwaves. Either that, or they just lied and said they don't so they wouldn't have to heat up my donut.

They never have what you want I also purchased a cup a refillable cup and they refuse to fill it what is the point of the cup if it does not get filled no supervisor or manager ever available worst service
