I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and quick to take my order. I tried a oreo mocha ice capp and a boston cream donut and everything was fresh and delicious. The place was clean, and the service was fast even though it was a bit busy. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for a quick and tasty stop!

It’s as if they purposely wait for me to get there before they start my mobile order. Not once not twice not even 3 times. It’s ever time I mobile order and this isn’t an exaggeration. This location specifically does it. I have changed my name several times but they still do it.. I don’t know if it’s because I go there frequently they think they can just do that. No apologies no nothing

After work, I ordered coffee here, and the service was great. One employee, Kirandeep Kaur, stood out for her kindness and excellent service. She always greeted customers with a smile, which made everyone happy. Her hard work and positive attitude really made a difference.

Staff here are completely incompetent. The guy that made my coffee actually made it pretty quick but it didn't taste like it should. I always get double double coffee but it was so bitter it tasted like a 1x1. I also ordered a turkey bacon club and while I was waiting for my sandwich to be made the worker was just standing there doing nothing. When she finally decided to make the sandwich she made it so slow... Like 1 ingredient every 30 seconds slow. And she made it wrong as well. I understand this can happen when it's busy but when there are 3 workers and I'm the only one in line, this shouldn't happen. Very disappointed

Hi, I want to share my bad experience From today and yesterday when I ordered a coffee from Tim Hortons located at 1555 Regent Ave. which is inside kildonan Place, Winnipeg Manitoba. I did the mobile order for one iced coffee… yesterday it was completed in 19 minutes and today in 10 minutes after I asked them to make my coffee as I was waiting for long already. I do not mean to complain about them, but this is just regarding their way of working they should be preparing the order according to the time which it was placed, but I have seen them completing the order of the people who ordered in person and was given their food before my order. Waiting for a coffee for 19 minutes even when 3-4 people are working is horrible!! Everyone’s time is important and everyone should know how to respect other time!
