Went here at 915pm to get a decaffeinated coffee and something to eat. The staff never have decaffeinated coffee after 8pm and they turned everything off already for hot sandwiches. The owner of this tim hortons needs to re-evaluate the service and staff at this tims

Just don’t wanna impact business rating but I would like to bring one thing to owner that I got my sandwich very cold today, which supposed to be hot. And I waited there for almost 6-10 minutes to receive it. So i was hoping it hot and fresh but it wasn’t. It needs your attention so others can get what they are wishing for. Thanks.

Didn’t know that tim Hortons doesn’t have filter water , I have question for the manager and the owner of this place how do you guys make your iced Capp mixes and soups if you have no filter water tap . And also FYI your employees have air pods on when they are working . I thought all Tim Hortons are required to have a filter water tap .

Ok, so today I went to go get a meal from Tim Horton and when I got to the drive thru I ordered 2 Hebenaro chicken wraps but the lady said No! You can’t have that, and I asked why not? she said because it’ll take about 15-20 mins and I was like ok, what if I wait? and she didn’t reply. The lady had a really bad behaviour and was acting like I had made a mistake of what I had ordered. If people are being hired to treat people then they should learn to be nice and respectful. 😔
