Truly speaking never had this much bad experience. They serve me very cold stale hard rock chicken and when i told them to change, than they denied it and told me that we have a 4 hour time span of chicken. However i am really amazed as they are serving very old chicken and giving them this shitty reasons. But not giving us good service.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Tim Hortons location. The manager behaved aggressively when I asked for less ice in my protein latte. He claimed it was “Tim Hortons policy,” which I later confirmed with head office is not true.
He then canceled my order, told the employees to never serve me again, and even called us a “liability.” He also embarrassed us in front of other customers, despite the fact that we did not misbehave, raise our voices, or show any disrespect to anyone.
How can we be told we are “not welcomed” when we did absolutely nothing wrong? This kind of treatment is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I hope this issue is taken seriously so that no other customer has to experience something like this.

I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but the experience at this location has been consistently disappointing because of the manager’s behavior. Every time I ask for simple customizations—like extra cream or less ice—the staff says it’s “Tim Hortons policy” not to do it. I contacted Tim Hortons headquarters directly, and they confirmed this is NOT an official policy.
When I politely mentioned this to the manager, he told me that if I didn’t want to “follow their rules,” I should go to another location and that I was not welcome there. This was shocking because I never raised my voice, never disrespected anyone, and have always been a regular customer. This location is only 2 minutes from my workplace—why should I have to go somewhere else just because a manager refuses to provide normal customer service?
If a manager treats customers like this, I can’t imagine what kind of influence this has on the rest of the staff. I truly hope the company looks into this and takes steps to improve the customer experience at this location.

I applied for the job at this location and the manager scheduled my interview to be here today and today when i reached at store on time, then he told me to waited, i waited here almost 25 minutes then he came to me and told me he don’t have time for the interview, what kind of management is this … this is very big failure of the management . They need to work on their management

Asked to buy a large coffee and purchase 5 butters to put in my coffee and was refused service as they do sell butter with coffee and refused to charge me extra or give it for free! I cannot believe a retailer not wanting to sell to a customer wanting to pay???????

I had the worst experience yesterday with this Tim Hortons I’m wondering is it fair not to serve 5 mins before closing? I went to this Tim Hortons which is 15 mins walk from my house to just a get cup of coffee hoping to reach before closing. It turned out they already closed before the closing hours. Tim Hortons please do something about this
