I applied for the job at this location and the manager scheduled my interview to be here today and today when i reached at store on time, then he told me to waited, i waited here almost 25 minutes then he came to me and told me he don’t have time for the interview, what kind of management is this … this is very big failure of the management . They need to work on their management

Asked to buy a large coffee and purchase 5 butters to put in my coffee and was refused service as they do sell butter with coffee and refused to charge me extra or give it for free! I cannot believe a retailer not wanting to sell to a customer wanting to pay???????

I had the worst experience yesterday with this Tim Hortons I’m wondering is it fair not to serve 5 mins before closing? I went to this Tim Hortons which is 15 mins walk from my house to just a get cup of coffee hoping to reach before closing. It turned out they already closed before the closing hours. Tim Hortons please do something about this

I ordered a cream cheese bagel and got a spoon full in the middle and some old shredded cheese around it and when I called the place he told me they didn’t even have shredded cheese

I think this is the first time I have been to this Tim's. I was early for my 9 a.m. appt, arrived b4 8:15 so I decided to see if there is a tim hortons near by. I googled and it says there is one, so I walked from Berry St to here. Same coffee taste like the other places I go to whenever I am near their Timmy's. So, I will be visiting every year when I have appt nearby.

The service here has really gone downhill. The staff barely speaks English, and getting your order right feels like a gamble. When you try to address an issue, they respond rudely and don’t seem to care. They’re always chatting among themselves in some language that’s neither English nor French, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. Long-time locals who’ve been coming here for years are also fed up and say they’re avoiding this place now because of how poorly it’s being managed. This used to be a reliable spot, but not anymore.

This restaurant and the Tim Horton’s app are both a complete joke. Ordered 4 coffees for delivery through the app from this location. 15 minutes after ETA, no delivery. I called the restaurant and they said that “oh, we just got the order”, the driver is on the way to pick it up. Waited again for another 15 minutes. No delivery. Called the restaurant again, trying to cancel the order. Told me that they didn’t receive the order, I can’t cancel, and that I’d have to call Tim Horton’s Customer Service. I asked for a small gift card for all of the inconvenience, and the “worker” who identified himself as the manager, was beyond rude. Based on his level of rudeness, I then asked for the contact information of the owner, but the “manager” refused to give it out. I’ve never had a restaurant owner who was afraid to talk to their customers - in fact, most are more than eager to smooth things over. Not sure what’s going on with this restaurant but, if you wanted to be treated with respect, go somewhere else.

The response below is a joke as well - generic and canned. I want to speak to the actual restaurant owner, which I made very clear to both the “manager” and in my review.

Terrible!! With just 5 customers, I couldn't get my simple double-double after 10 minutes. It is the most slow service ever.

They always get your order wrong here. When you tell them they get offended and will argue with you. This used to be a really good Tim Hortons but it isn't anymore.

**Subject:** Concern Regarding Food Quality and Service

I recently visited your location and ordered a habanero chicken bowl. I was informed by an employee named Mehak that it would take 5 minutes to prepare. However, the bowl was ready in 2 minutes, which initially seemed efficient. Unfortunately, when I arrived at Assiniboine Park to enjoy my meal, I discovered that the rice was hard and unappetizing, and the bowl itself did not appear fresh. It seemed as though the dish had been reheated rather than made fresh as claimed.

I returned to the location to request a refund and address my concerns. Despite my observations, both Mehak and another employee insisted that the food was prepared fresh. I found this response disappointing and disingenuous, as the quality of the rice clearly indicated otherwise.

While I did receive a refund, this experience has left me reluctant to return to this location. I hope you can take steps to ensure better food quality and customer service in the future.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
