Order number 9168 nov 7, mobile order, pick up drive through. I ordered one coffee and one steeped tea they gave me two coffees. Didnt realize until i brought the tea home to my sick wife and it turned out to be coffee. They need to double check orders not everyone drinks coffee.

Final Complaint – Lost Customers Due to Repeated Service Failures
Dear Tim Hortons,
This is my final attempt to address a recurring issue at your stores.
In the winter of 2023, I ordered a hot latte but was served an iced latte, despite the fact that the outside temperature was around -30°C. At that time, I realized there was no point in arguing, since the problem was not with a single employee but with the hiring and training standards of your staff, many of whom can barely understand or communicate in English.
Last week, I decided to give Tim Hortons another chance. I ordered a latte and clearly asked several times for it to be prepared without sugar. Yet again, what I received had a sweet taste. “Without sugar” should mean without sugar—this is a basic expectation in any coffee shop.
After multiple failed experiences, I can no longer justify returning. You have now lost me as a customer, as well as my entire family. Please understand that when customers are repeatedly disappointed and ignored, they do not just stop coming back themselves—they also tell others.
Goodbye, Tim Hortons. This was your last chance with us.

We just came from England and in England there is a drink called a iced French vanilla and we were asking if they had it. First time in Canada coming to Tim Hortons, and this girl ruined the experience if I could give less than 1 star to her I would. There was a woman named Mikala she shouted at us through the voice box. This was the worst experience. After we drove to the window she looked at us in a bad way. This customer service was terrible. There was one guy named Armandeep he was very nice and apologized on behalf of her. He was great. He gave us excellent customer service! He is not the reason I have given one star he was incredibly nice.If she doesn’t know how to do good customer service then she should stay home with her attitude.once again if this review was about Armandeep I would give him 5 star for everything. He handled the situation perfectly unlike his coworker Mikala. Armandeep should get employee of the month. We were about to drive away after being spoken to like that by Mikala, but then Armandeep stopped us and still asked us our order and served us perfectly. Armandeep is the best employee who has served me. Even after everything, he served us with a smile on his face, this is the type of service I except, not the service we were given by Mikala.
