Drive-thru service is generally quick, however in store service tends to be much slower, as was the case during my most recent visit. As with most Tim Hortons locations, they use only one register and leave the others closed. The single point of service significantly slows down the time. Additionally, more resources are dedicated to drive-thru which explains the speed of drive-thru services vs. those who want to sit in and have a coffee with friends

Pathetic service, I asked for a medium steep tea 3m 3s . Waited for so long and they didn’t gave me. Asked me to wait for 5 more minutes and then their tea got over and asked me wait more. I left without getting my tea and wasted my 2.15 cad . I would never suggest anyone to visit this Tim
