Dear Tim Hortons Management,

I am writing to raise a serious concern about the unacceptable and disrespectful behavior I experienced from your staff member on Aug 2, 2025 at 1:10 pm approx, who claimed to be the supervisor on duty at the time of my visit.

When I politely asked about the status of my order, He responded by raising his finger at me and gesturing for me to be quiet—as if I were a beggar. This was not only dismissive but extremely disrespectful, especially coming from someone in a supervisory role.

When I asked for his name and requested to speak with the supervisor, he stated that he himself was the supervisor. I calmly attempted to give him feedback about how his behavior made me feel as a customer. Instead of listening, he openly challenged me to speak with his manager, claiming he knew his duties, and once again displayed the same disrespectful attitude in front of other customers and staff. This occurred twice during the same interaction.

What made the situation even more disturbing was the sense that this behavior may not have been random—it appeared to be racially motivated. I am a brown south Asian, and I did not witness him treating customers from other communities in the same manner. If this kind of behavior is targeted at specific backgrounds, it is not just poor service—it’s a serious concern of discrimination.

As a regular customer, I’ve always appreciated the Tim Hortons brand for its commitment to quality and inclusivity. However, this incident has left me feeling deeply unwelcome and disrespected. I strongly urge your management team to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure your staff uphold the values of professionalism and respect toward all customers.

I would appreciate a prompt response confirming that this complaint is being taken seriously. If I do not hear back, I will be forced to consider taking further steps.

Not great service. Not friendly, and seemed irritated by us asking to heat up a cheese biscuit, which they then forgot about, and we had to ask for twice. When we got it, it wasn't even warm, so we asked again for it to be heated and again they seemed irritated. Weird experience 😕

i came to get me and my friend food and drinks and she specifically asked for “extra base” in her oreo ice capp, when the worker looked me in the eye and nodded as i could see the drink already behind her and she still just handed me my friends drink without doing anything to correct the order and my friend said it tasted extremely watery.

For my order, i asked for a strawberry quencher, i received NO ice in my drink and NO sparkling water, it tasted like syrup and water.

The worker disregarded us and ignored my friend, i won’t be coming back.

I’ve visited many Tim Hortons locations, but this one stands out as exceptional—and it’s all thanks to the amazing service from Kuljinder!

Got the latte nd it was not stirred. Told them for a cold coffee with extra sugar and extra base they charged me extra for that but it was not added. Please teach them to do their work properly

The girl who was standing at the cash register was not in a good mood and was not very polite when communicating with all customers. Maybe she chose the wrong job for herself!?

This is the worst Tim’s I’ve been to in the city. I’m not sure they’ve ever gotten my order right even when it’s very simple (today the order was two muffins and it was wrong). Even worse when you correct them at the window they just say “that’s not what you were charged for” as if you’re trying to scam them. There are plenty of better locations nearby, I’d highly encourage people to drive a few blocks to a location with half decent service.

Worst Tims in Winnipeg. People working there have 0 customer service skills. Rude don't know what please and thank you exists. Never smile or look at you. Disgusting.

I’ve gotten my order wrong here so many times and let it be. Today the drive through screen said Large lemonade and I repeated large three times. Go up to the window and was handed my lemonade and said “this is large?” Thinking inflation had just gotten me good and things are so small now but she said “I charged you medium” and I asked for my receipt to which she rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look and slammed the window and then after passed me the receipt “this is your order” I looked at it it was correct and said thank you. Handed me the rest of my order and I said to her “there’s no reason to be so rude next time” I didn’t have any time I just can’t believe how poor customer service has gotten and she exclaimed “I’m not!” As I drove away. What has happened to people being kind

Great service lovley people i really appreciate the workers and atmosphere. it feels like a community that welcomes me everytime i go. i dont feel welcomed in many other places because of my big bug eyes and its very refreshing to come here and feel at home! Well done tim hortans ?

Kid-friendliness: with by big bug eye i often have touble relating to kids because they run away from me
