I wish they wouldn't change the menu on a continuous basis. I also don't appreciate when eating in to receive my order in takeout containers. Ordered a large chilli meal. Received a large chilli and bun? Seems to me the meal came with a coffee and doughnut? Rip off!

Worst Tim Horton in the city. Food is so gross, my wrap was uncooked and cold. staff is so unprofessional. All Indian girls are very rude while talking to customer, does not pay any attention when taking order. Today when i called the store to complain about my food, supervisor was so rude with me was not ready to listen to me. She should learn some basic customer service first.

On Sunday, February 18, 2024 I went into a restaurant. My phone was broken and I needed help. I needed to replace the SIM card fin my phone. I asked for something sharp, like a paper clip. Three girls went to confer and then said that there was no paperclip. Then I asked for a name badge for a second. I just had to take out the SIM. The three girls deliberated for a full minute, and then they turned me down "We are not allowed". This is a very sad story. I hope that when these girls need help, they will be given it and not denied it like I was. I would like to believe that Friendly Manitoba is not just a slogan on a car license plate.

I won’t order anything from here except donuts because the food quality is like it’s out of some dystopian future garbage bin. Now you can’t even buy donuts without being nickel and dimedShocking shrinkflation trigger alert lolNow I’ve seen the full gambit of “SHRINKFLATION” I stopped by Tim Hortons and saw that they brought back vintage donuts that didn’t sell well so they took them off menu. Decades ago. I asked for a dozen donuts and then started picking. As soon as I mentioned cinnamon twist she stopped me and said “ those are specialty donuts, they are not included in the price”. I couldn’t hold back my laughter and responded….. these donuts are from 1982 and were removed because they don’t sell. She warned me that they were 20 cents more than a regular donut, and I took the hit lol. The greed and audacity of these companies no longer shocks me. Now I just expect it.Tim Hortons… Thanks for letting capitalistic greed taint my nostalgic memories of sub par donuts

The Tim Horton's experience I had recently was the worst. The staff, particularly Gurpreet, was incredibly rude. During my order, Gurpreet seemed disinterested and managed to get all the details wrong. It's baffling to me how individuals lacking basic communication skills and customer service knowledge are serving customers. Perhaps they should consider replacing their current staff with individuals who possess the necessary communication skills to interact with customers and accurately process their orders.
