I always stop by to get my sausage farmers wrap and coffee for my family, and it’s always a great experience! The food is fresh, tasty, and served hot every time. The coffee is rich and smooth — the perfect way to start our mornings. The staff are friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. My family looks forward to breakfast from here every day! Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves a good breakfast on the go.

This just happened a few minutes ago......At the intercom the lady had difficulty understanding my husband so we went to the window.... at the window we asked for well stirred and sleeve for both coffees.

She pushed the debit machine out of the window before I can get the points app open. My husband paid and said next time.

Then the lady at the window then proceeded to give us our coffee without the sleeve. My husband asked sleeve please. She then dead looked at us and said you want me to put it on..... excuse me ma'am if you dont like your job please dont take it out on us.

Cherry on the cake..... coffee not stirred!

Asked for a bagel, they said the toaster isn't on, asked for a simple cut in half bagel. Got a whole uncut bagel as the workers ignored customers. No cream cheese requested even and they gave a LITERAL whole uncut bagel.

If you work at the drive thru at least be patient! Or maybe atleast turn off the mic before grumbling something! We heard you clearly talk smack about us after countless time of not hearing us! I am not gonna put your name in this post since I still have the decency. My daughter had the colds so she just needed her tea and i have never seen her confrontational side before this. she is usually very patient maybe she was not really feeling well. Good thing I was saving my voice. If not, you would have heard things you shouldnt! Since its a sunday we let it go. Even though you had the audacity to glare at us? AND SHUT THE WINDOW? Fix your attitude when you are working, do not go around ruining someone else mood.

I ordered drive thru and the person at the drive thru could not hear properly because I(the passenger) was speaking on behalf of my dad.
My dad and I had cold and flu. My dad had it worse coz he cannot really force himself to speak! She asked us to repeat multiple times so my dad forced himself to speak.
The person at the drive thru did not realize she was still on mic when she said “What was so hard about that!”
Plain rude! so i confronted her at the window and she just kept defending herself and she was still rude! She kept repeating she couldnt hear. And that the driver should speak instead. In her annoyance she even forgot to take our payment ??!! She just kept shouting and glaring at us that she couldnt hear! But the issue was that WE HEARD HER SAYING “WHAT WAS SO HARD ABOUT THAT”
I regret getting my coffee here.
Early in the morning you are already rude? Sunday morning at that! They probably do not care if they lose customers because there are other coffee places..

This place has honestly become a joke. There always *out of food product* almost every time ive ordered. If i say ice capp they hear ice coffee... constantly missing items from the order and majority of the workers seem to struggle with communication. But its my own fault for returning so many times. This is my last visit.
