If you go to this location of Tim Horton. On the morning time like 5:00 or 5:10 there's no food on the morning. and just you can get the coffee. That's it. So don't waste your time at here.

I hope staffs today stays permanent. Thanks for my meal and coffee. Keep it up. The staff who handed me my coffee told me to go to the left side and she will bring out the food. I didn't have to wait that long as I was in a cab. The last time I was here was around same time on my way to work at 8 a.m. , I only saw 1 guy manning the till, hence the long line up. Went thru some of the reviews and the person they were mentioning about was a female manning the window who looked grumpy

Walked in to the Tim's at 10:05pm Wednesday evening. An employee came to the counter and I started to ask if they had something. Before I finished speaking she rudely said "We have no sandwiches" I then started to ask about something else and she snapped at me "We don't have anything. We are about to close" This location says it closes at 11pm. Even if they were closing the person could have been polite. Won't be back! And before you suggest I contact your customer care team, have you actually read the reviews? Continued bad customer service, rude and sarcastic staff. No I won't be calling. I won't allow you to add insult to injury!!

Service as always is great these lady's have their ears on. I rarely have to repeat myself. As for the points system here cmon tims do better you really want me to buy 19 coffees to get the 20th free? You are making a killing selling coffee alone guys.

I ordered online for a mobile pick up hoping that my order is ready when I arrive but it’s the opposite happened. We arrived and they couldn’t even find my order so I still have to show to them what ordered for which is a waste of my time. It shouldn’t be that way! Very disappointed of the service and some of my order are not available which is a hassle.
