I visited Tim Hortons today and was served by dammy, who provided an amazing experience. I ordered a stef tea and everything was prepared perfectly. Dammy was polite, quick, and had a warm attitude that made my visit enjoyable. The order was accurate, fresh, and served with a smile.

Absolutely done with this place. Every single visit they mess up the order — every time! Writing “French Vanilla” on a lid and giving coffee is beyond ridiculous. This location needs serious management change.
We even complained to the manager about the constant mistakes, but it’s still the same story every visit. Clearly, nobody cares about fixing the problem.

I have been visiting this Tim Hortons quite regularly (4-5 times a week) over past two years and it has rarely ever disappointed me. All of the staff members have been super friendly and polite and the service has been timely 9/10 times with the exception of rush hour which can get quite busy. Orders are prepared accurately and the quality has always been satisfactory whether it be baked goods, breakfast, hot or cold beverages. It's also a bonus that the store is open 24/7 with options of ordering in store, pickup or drive-through. I don't remember names of all the employees but there is a super friendly gentleman who wears glasses and usually works morning shifts. Puja and Dani work the closing shifts and always brew my dark roast triple-triple perfectly to help me push through work.
