Worst experience, every time I go at this location the service is kept getting worse and worse. Had bad experience couple times where they charged me without giving my order. Anyways today I ordered cold brew and bagel, got bagel in couple minutes but for drink, I was standing there waiting for drink while watching them handing coffee or whatever to other people who came almost 10 minutes later and I was still waiting for my drink. Never going back after this kind of service.

Went through the drive through of this location at around 12:50pm asked for a farmers wrap and a tea, order came with the farmers wrap but came with a coffee instead, no problem I understand, plus it was a busy lineup.
Went back through the drive through and explained the situation, got the same guy at the menu stand and they tried to charge me for the replacement even after explaining that it was the wrong order, ended up getting the replacement for free of course and after going to work and parking I took a sip to find out it was coffee once again!!!
Not sure if it’s the fault of the person who took my order or the people who made the drinks or the person at the window who handed me my drink but safe to say I’m not pleased

Everyone is so hardworking. Got help from Navjot many times, she is wonderful.
Consistently slow service. Worker did not want to make hash browns because “it will take ten minutes and we have so many orders piled up.” No timbits. Apparently no sandwiches available either. Get it together. Surely you know it’s going to be busy on a Saturday morning? Plan accordingly and do better, management. For my part, I’ve given this location enough chances to know I’ll never come back to this location.

A day before yesterday, I ordered cheese croissant for my husband and it totally burnt. I complaint to evening supervisor about it. But again, yesterday I ordered 2 teas with cream and sugar near about 10.30 pm. But there was no sugar in both drinks. It’s so disappointing.

Ordered from Uber an hour ago. Apparently your staff couldn't be bothered to place the brown sugar latte in the bag, no communication and still charged me for it. Top it off with decaf coffee that was cold , as if sitting for a few hours and tasted like toilet water Yay! thanks a lot Three drinks i paid for we can't have Love that! Reading the reviews it serms the staff here are overwhelmed with the smallest of tasks even when not busy. Maybe dont have Uber eats pick up here? Ill be ordering from the Pandora location in the future. P.S. What happened? Three years ago this location was one of the best in the city
