I go to this Tim’s location at least 3-4 times a week for coffee and occasionally a rice bowl. The ladies who work there are always so pleasant and friendly at the drive through. I will continue to return- this is my favorite Tim Horton’s location with wonderful staff. I forgot her name but there is a girl in particular who is extremely friendly and kind. I will come back and update her name when I’m certain on what it is.

if ur going here for tim hortons food, you will not find it, they have a tim hortons coffee machine and thats it. otherwise staff are friendly and the gas station has a lot of food

The service was horrendous. When ordering they confirmed everything and it was accurate. When paying they left out 2 drinks and one of the sandwiches was burnt and the lettuce was wilted and was not edible. My mom ordered a coffee with one cream and we got a burnt double double. This location always seem to mess something up. Worst location in Winnipeg.

Came at Drive-Thru today around 8:45 pm. Ordered 2 coffee and potato wedges. Food was good but girl who was doing presenting on window was impatient and unprofessional. Me and my husband both said ‘’Thank you’’and she did not respond , ignored us and closed window suddenly. I think you should teach your staff about customer service. It’s not always about food, staff behaviour towards customer is also equally important. I dn’t think so we will come at this location again.

Poor service. Evening Supervisor named - Salinder Kaur was unprofessional, rude and tried to mock me. I asked if the potato Wedges are fresh she answered saying ‘you wana take it or not’. I asked again saying how long ago you made it and she replied saying ‘yesterday’.I am surprised she was the supervisor. Really gotta work on her customer service skills.
