I went in bought coffee and asked to use the washroom; all 3 workers started arguing who was going to unlock it, then started speaking in their language and laughing. I had to ask again after standing there for about 5-10 minutes, while they all were laughing and joking around. Happened on July 22nd, 2025, at about 2:00-2:30P.M.

I had dinner at this Tim Hortons yesterday evening and really enjoyed the experience. I tried one of their limited time offer (dinner deals)-the chicken wrap combo with potato wedges and a drink. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The portion size was perfect, and the price was very reasonable for a quick and tasty meal. The staff were friendly and served my order quickly. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a great dinner option, and I’ll definitely be going back again.
Waited over 20 mins for an order that should have taken 5 mins simple drinks and 2 donuts. They took 10 mins to deal with inside customers and dealt with my order afterwards. Machine indicated a sound that an order came in and they still decided to ignore mobile orders.

As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the team with polite smiles and a friendly “Good morning!” — such a simple gesture, but it really set a positive tone for the day. I ordered the classic breakfast combo — a sausage breakfast sandwich with hash browns and a medium coffee. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the staff maintained a cheerful and professional attitude throughout. The food was hot and fresh, the coffee was just right, and the whole process was efficient without feeling rushed.What stood out most was the exceptional friendliness of the team. Even though it was early, they made me feel welcome and appreciated. It’s rare these days to experience such genuine hospitality at a fast food spot, especially in the morning hours when everyone is still waking up! All in all, it was a great start to my day. Kudos to the Tim Hortons team for their excellent service and warm attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back!
