I just ordered a Large Ice Chai Latte. Besides the service being incredibly rude and unpleasant, the team member was so fast I didn't even have time to redeem my points before I paid. The place was filthy, with trash outside.
But to my surprise, when I received my order, I found that half my cup was ice. I don't work at Tim Hortons, but I know this isn't how it's supposed to be made. I feel ripped off paying $5 for this.

I visited this Tim Hortons location some time ago and had a very disappointing experience.

I ordered a large dark roast double, but was instead given a regular coffee that was cold. When I politely pointed this out to the employee (Twinkal), she did not acknowledge the mistake and responded with an angry attitude. She remade the drink, but again made it incorrectly as a medium instead of a large.

Later, I asked if the washroom could be opened. Another employee, Dhruvi, began discussing something with her coworkers in their native language that she doesn't wanna open and loudly shouted that the washroom was out of order. This was clearly a lie, as it was opened immediately by some other employee for the customer after me.

I work in government in the building just nearby and have been coming to this location regularly. It was not like this before, but the quality of service at this store has declined severely.

Ordered a Large Chocolate Pistachio Cappuccino with 3 sugars for delivery. I got a Large Pistachio Iced Capp (not only a cold drink instead of hot, but already very sweet) and with so much sugar it was basically like syrup. And if i want a refund I’d have to make a trip all the way to the store🫠 Ridiculous.

Slow customer service consistently. 10 minute wait just to order a coffee, they are too focused on their skip the dishes orders, and need an extra staff member on.

Bus stations closing on Graham helped a bit with the atmosphere.
