Took 18 minutes to order and they said no ordering eggs, ice cap or anything with hot items. So I end up leaving. They should have a sign on the counter of items you can't order. I seen 8 people walk out because how slow the service was and three other people walked out because they didn't have what they wanted. And I seen a mother with her child who needed to use washroom and they told her "we lost the key". That is not true. I am not coming back to this location.

Unfortunately Addiction & homelessness is a problem. The panhandling in side Tim's is on another level. I've seen it several times for different people approaching every single person standing in line one after the other until they find someone who will buy them something. The staff doesn't say anything as it's there safety & when they have asked for them to stop they ended up with a window smashed... They had security but they will not work there because of their own safety... It's with in a stones through away from the police station but that doesn't stop the drug or alcohol use nor the violence.... Something really needs to be to the justice system as this ppl are right back out after being charged... Soon the police will not care to inforce the law because its a revolving door... Well actually worse than that..

We ordered here this morning October 4,2024 and the girl at the cashier (a middle aged woman) is so irritated, rolling her eyes while taking our orders, and just throw the receipt to us when we asked for it, were talking to her politely but I don't know why and shes so rude to us, and also she shouts to an elderly man who mistakenly grab a wrong order. Maybe you can remind your staffs to be courteous to customers .
9 ppl in line and one serving. Makes no sense. Needs to b clean more. I wouldn't mind eating inside, but tables r always dirty and when u ask someone to come clean, they co.e 20 mins since u ask for cleaning. So food gets cold.

I usually meet up with friends here, and it’s pretty busy when we do. I always get an Americano and a cream cheese bagel. Honestly, it’s decent and gets the job done. The staff are doing their best—it's not perfect, but you can tell they’re trying. There’s security person in the shop, which is nice. Sometimes the place is a bit messy, but other times it’s pretty tidy. Also, the restroom is locked, so you have to grab the key from security.

I went to use the washroom at this tim location. Its was so unhygienic that it made me vomit myself out. There was vomit in the sink , paper on floor and stinking so bad . So I came out to tell the manager , she said there were understaffed and didn’t even went to take a look. Such a bad customer service.

I was in the Tim Hortons today and my service was actually pretty good as the server took my Oder properly and serves was amazing every day is well but yes it’s can he clean especially the washrooms but otherwise Tim is great
