Yesterday at 3 PM, we placed an order at Tim Hortons located at 350 North Town Road #200, Winnipeg, MB R3Y 0Y4. We ordered three large teas with extra honey, five blueberry muffins, and one chocolate chip muffin.
However, once we were already on the road, we realized that two of the teas had no honey, and instead of a third tea, we received a coffee - even though our order didn’t include coffee at all. Also, the chocolate chip muffin was missing, and instead, we were given six blueberry muffins.

She is attentive and patient, taking the time to ensure my order was just right. Very disappointed, bad coffee and the service was terrible. Very rushed! I had to ask the girl to have patience well I was putting one coffee in my cupholder and she kept saying here, here, here holding the next one. Give people a chance to put one thing down first!

I’ve been a regular at Tim Hortons for years, but my last visit has put me off for good. The coffee cup lid had a strange, unpleasant smell—like spice mixed with perfume. It was off-putting, but I tried to ignore it. Unfortunately, shortly after drinking the coffee, I experienced diarrhea. I don’t know what went wrong this time, this level of hygiene and quality is unacceptable!!!!!
