The staff member communicated with me in Hindi, a language I do not understand, which made the interaction confusing and unprofessional. For a smooth customer experience, clear communication in English is essential. I respectfully request that management review this matter to ensure consistent and appropriate service standards. How come a person judge someone else by looking at him/her?
